many believe too.....the new generation of first-time voters may well rock singapore into the modern realities. there are more than a hundred thousand of them out of a voting population of some 1.5 million. MAJORITY of 5 million singaporeans, PR'S N SUCH are NOT qualified to vote. so, these new voters who are most tech savvy, can well make singapore swing - away from the PAP because the die-hards will deliver the same votes election after election.
