  • OMG .... */X$*>) ... i just started looking at the Mazurkas and Roland mate ... you really got this one nailed ... i like your new one you just posted too ..but this one gets the hairs on my arm up! ... just brilliant and we seem to be researching a parallel universe for melodeon ... i've finally got the "to the Edges / Robins Waltz set sorted! .. can you imagine the music session we both turn up at! .... Love it! Derek

  • @DerekTheNutter Thanks Derek. I always value your opinion. You should listen to Duo Bottasso playing this tune....fantastic !

You had better come here and show me how to play Edges.......open invitation ;o)

  • Lovely !

  • This is a lovely tune written by a seriously good tunesmith. In my opinion it it works so well because here it is played subtly, by a seriously good musician!

  • @tallship Whew ! What can I say? Your first sentence is undoubtably correct.

I can't dispute your opinion but I am not worthy of your flattery.

However, you have brought a small tear to my eye ;o)

    Thank you.

  • Well played sir. What tuning are you using?

  • @Frederickholden Thank you. This is a Castagnari Hascy G/C with a register to add/remove a low octave reed in the treble.

  • Absolutely beautiful. I think we sometimes forget how moving and lyrical our instrument can be. Thanks for this potent reminder.

  • @tjsmithdog5 Thank you. I loved your Cheshire Waltz.

  • Just back listening to the beautiful motorway :):)

  • @astridiato Wow ;) Not many people come back for more...I'm seriously flattered :D

  • @sumatumo2020Thanks and a Happy New Year to you too.

  • Very nice and slow romantic Mazurka I would have liked dancing! so peacfull and you have the souflet in total control, except at 1.43 were you had to pull the hook, lol.. I love this one, thanks.

  • @astridiato Thank you Astrid. I think ALL melodeon players should have an assistant to 'pull the hook' ;o)

  • envoutante mazurka very well played

    Bernard
