I'm starting to wonder if cerebral palsy is interfering with this guy's brain function. I mean seriously. The things he has said on here are not the things you hear from normal, sane American people.
@benvolio15 You are not a liberal, you are a leftist and not within the American mainstream. Either learn to deal with America as a free society or LEAVE! You have those two choices and that is it.
@benvolio15 You do NOT. You clearly got rejected a few weeks ago and you are still stuck in the crappy way the Democrats have ran things in Washington the last few years.
Whether you like it or not:
1. Government will be cut and freedom will be preserved.
2. The law will start being enforced on illegal aliens, as it should have been all along. We are supposed to have security in this country in case you have forgotten.
3. We will move forward as a free and great country.
@bjoh249 Actually the law is now being enforced on illegal aliens big time in Arizona, and most Americans support it, and are looking to start doing the same things in their states since Obummer is more interested in racking up new votes. The Arizona law is another thing Obama ignored the American people about and another reason his party lost so badly.
@bjoh249 As long as they continue to behave in the ways they have been behaving, Republicans, conservatives, and Tea Partiers (who by default support everything conservative and nothing liberal, with the assistance of the Fox News Channel) shall recieve no support from me. You deal with it.
@benvolio15 Well great, you are one person. Why should they support the kind of crap that you want?? They are on the right side of things for the most part.
@benvolio15 Oh and there are more moderate Republicans out there too, like Olympia Snowe. Just because they didn't support that insane Obamacare bill doesn't make them tea party activists. So continue buying the crap from MSNBC and The Young Turks.
@bjoh249 I'll explain what I mean later. But ask yourself this question: Who determines which Americans are normal, and which Americans aren't? And don't just give the first answer that pops into your head; really think about it.
@benvolio15 You know what, I have been thinking and maybe I have been a little rough on you. I mean you are obviously not like these other leftist cowards that came on here, made some stupid remark and then ran like the wind after saying they don't deate with conservatives. I mean you at least have an open enough mind to at least listen to what others have to say whether you agree with them or not. I have to give that you.
Before it was cool to want to take back America, Darlene was singing about it. The difference is that Nicole Sullivan was being funny; today's Republicans & Tea Partiers might make her a demigod like Glenn Beck & Sarah Palin.
@bjoh249 No, *they* were the ones being funny. *We* are the ones pleading for sanity, (or at least I am), which is something *you guys* have very little of. See my series called, "Is This OK With You?" for more information. :)
@benvolio15 I mean orientated. You are biased and you have your opinion because you are on the opposite side of the political spectrum. The people on the left are the ones who need help.
@bjoh249 Yes, I am biased, but this is the problem with arguing with a conservative. You want *us* to listen to *you*, but you won't grant us the same courtesy. So much for fair and balanced. I suppose you think that people like Jim David Adkisson, Richard Poplawski, Scott Roeder, and Byron Williams have committed righteous and morally just actions over the last two years.
@benvolio15 You know, I have actually known some liberals who are nothing like you. They are willing to be friends with Republicans and to listen to them and vice versa with their Republican friends. The reason no one wants to listen to you is because you are stupid, ignorant and only wants your side to be heard. Heck, you compare Republicans to a fictional MTV skit. GROW UP!
@bjoh249 If I'm ignorant, then what does that make you? And you haven't answered my question: Do you condemn Jim David Adkisson, James von Brunn, Richard Poplawski, Scott Roeder, and Byron Williams for what they have done in some glorious right-wing notion of justice?
@bjoh249 Then prove to me that the right is sane...lol! If you had any real understanding of who I am and what I'm about, you would know that there was a time I wanted to believe in our previous President and what he wanted to do in Iraq, for example, as I had believed in his father's actions in the previous Gulf War. Unfortunately there came a point in time when I couldn't believe in him any longer, and his fellow Republicans didn't help the matter at all.
@benvolio15 Why?? You have your opinion and I have mine. Everyone has their own opinions about things. There are people who have lost faith in your "saintly" Democratic party. People who have lost faith in your messiah Obama.
@benvolio15 My deal with you is that you think some Mad TV skit represents all conservatives. Most of us are not racist, and we are sick and tired of being called that by you left wing whackos because we don't bow before Obama like you do.
@bjoh249 1. The Democratic party isn't saintly by anyone's stretch of the imagination (see, for example, the pounding the Blue Dogs took in the election), nor do I think Obama is the messiah, but right now I trust the Democratic party a hell of a lot more than I trust the Republican party.
2. I never said that I think this skit represents all conservatives. You started that line of argument.

@benvolio15 And you are full of shit! Party power comes and goes. We are on the right side and you are on the wrong. Don't you dare talk to me about being too far right or worshipping people when you are far left and you worship Obama you little fuck!
@bjoh249 I don't worship Obama or Pelosi, but I do not and will not trust the modern Republican party unless it cleans up its act. I can't say it any clearer than that. And yes, you are too far right; you've proven that throughout this entire conversation. When I see people like Meghan McCain go on TV and talk about how much she loves the Republican party, the question I ask is, what is there about the modern Republican party to love, because of conservatives like you.
@benvolio15 It is hard to love the Democratic party with far left people like you in it! You have your opinion, but this past election shows that most people still totally agree with you either, and that they are also willing to listen to both sides. If your Obama and the Dems weren't screwing up then they wouldn't of lost the House and nearly the Senate. If you want to live in some one party dictatorship, then I suggest you move to one of those countries. That will never be here in America!
@RyanJohnson03 I didn't say that Democrats are perfect: case in point, the Blue Dogs who lost the election. I said that I trust them far more than Republicans about a variety of issues which this box doesn't leave me enough room to talk about most of them.
@benvolio15 "I didn't say that Democrats are perfect: case in point, the Blue Dogs who lost the election. I said that I trust them far more than Republicans about a variety of issues which this box doesn't leave me enough room to talk about most of them."
Well that is your opinion, not everyone shares it.
@benvolio15 If you really want to know, the Republicans at least talk about shrinking government. The Democrats are all for it and will say it out so. They haven't done crap in the last two years but put more control over our lives. They refuse to listen to the American people on anything. People don't trust government, regardless of party, and they will change out the party in power as they see fit. You are the one that is blinded by partisanship.
@RyanJohnson03 People may not trust government, regardless of party, but Republicans and conservatives especially hate government, and judging by your responses, they probably always will.
@benvolio15 "but Republicans and conservatives especially hate government, and judging by your responses, they probably always will."
No, most of us just want it limited, like this country was founded on. Government by the people, for the People, not Government for the Democrats or Government for the Government. It is We The People, not You the Government!
@bjoh249 Ah, but wasn't it Grover Norquist, no far left liberal he, who said something about wanting a government so small that he could drown it in a bathtub?
@bjoh249 1. We don't worry about what legal, consenting adults do behind closed doors, their sexual orientation, or whether or not they should get married if they love each other.
2. We don't kill abortion doctors to stop abortion.
3. We believe that the theory of evolution is just as valid a theory as creationism.
4. We don't make death threats to people with whom we disagree with politically.
5. We don't use a cable television network as our own personal propaganda mill.
@benvolio15 6. We believe that seperation of church and state means that everyone has the right to worship whatever God they believe in as they please, and that government should not be in the business of deciding for everyone else what is to be believed (i.e. the religious right.
@benvolio15 First off, healthcare is NOT a right, and nowhere in the Constitution does it say that. Second of all, we shouldn't lose our freedoms to reform healthcare. The Obamacare Bill is nothing but government overreach disguised as healthcare reform.
@bjoh249 If health care isn't a right, then it should be, and we will not lose our freedoms if every American has access to health care. That is nothing more than a straw man argument.
@benvolio15 Forcing people to purchase insurance is a loss of a free market.
What is the nature of your disability BTW? Why do I get the feeling that you are one of those lazy bums living off the government and not doing anything to help yourself?
@bjoh249 I will have you know that I started a work-from-home job that pays great money just this past week. I have been disabled since birth after being born prematurely with cerebral palsy. Social Security and Medicare allow me access to medical care and basic needs while I have been working toward getting my job. I am college educated and have worked four other jobs in the last ten years despite my disability. You can call me a far left liberal if you want, but do not call me a lazy bum.
@benvolio15 And don't start with me about MSNBC and their purported liberal bias. MSNBC has biases, but unlike Fox News, which is anything but liberal, MSNBC doesn't intentionally twist the facts to advance a political agenda.
4. Want only your side of the aisle to be heard and everyone else should STFU!
Obviously you haven't learned your lesson from a couple of weeks ago. Keep worshipping your idiot Obama and the lefties. No one pays attention to you people anymore.
@benvolio15 5. Want to do away with Social Security and Medicare, which would take away the safety net for many disabled Americans (including myself), and senior citizens.
@bjoh249 I don't want the government doing everything for me, but neither do I want it drowned in a bathtub Grover Norquist-style. Without government, we wouldn't have street cleaning, garbage collection, mail service, public schools, police, firefighters, repair of our crumbling infrastructure, or air traffic safety. We wouldn't even have the military to make sure another 9/11 doesn't happen.
@bjoh249 Joe Miller is the Republican candidate for Senator from Alaska who has said that Social Security and Medicare are unconstitutional, which makes me damn proud not to live in Alaska.
@benvolio15 I would say that you would be happier in some place like North Korea or Cuba, but you would find out pretty quickly upon living there that they are certainly not this utopia you think these far left governments are.
@bjoh249 We're not talking about North Korea and Cuba, and do not put thoughts in my head, or words in my mouth. If telling me to move there is your way of still trying to prove that the right isn't crazy, you're doing a piss-poor job of it.
@benvolio15 You guys have been beaten once again. There is a reason for that. Most Americans don't agree with your lunacy. Why don't you try one of these countries like North Korea or Cuba and see how great the kind of government you want works.
Then again, you support illegal immigration, and these countries I named will not only catch you if you are there illegally, they will see to it that you pay a heavy penalty for it too.
@bjoh249 Yeah, um, in 2006 and 2008 you got your asses handed to you. There is a reason for that. In 2012, in the general election, when EVERYONE comes out to vote, not just teabaggers. Your asses will be handed to you again. Can't wait - hopefully you'll nominate Palin for 2012.
If there is a turnaround in the economy (remember direction is all that matters), there is stability abroad and Sarah Palin is the GOP nominee, the GOP will be crushed and the Democrats will retake the House.
@benvolio15 Face facts, most of this country doesn't agree with guys like you. You are so far out of the American mainstream that you have little hope of ever coming back.
@benvolio15 Actually, unlike you, I don't fall into either party. I go into a voting booth on election day and make an informed decision based on who I feel is the better candidate for the job and not whether they have a D or an R next to their name. I actually voted for Obama in 2008, but now I can safely say that without a doubt I will NEVER do that again!
@RyanJohnson03 And I used to not fall into either party and vote for the candidate I felt could better do the job. I'm sorry to say that I have voted across Democratic party lines in the last three elections. There is simply nothing now that could convince me to vote Republican, especially with the Tea Party in the mix. I have to fight for the side I believe in now, just like you do.
@benvolio15 LOL! Well most people are sensible, unlike you. May I suggest a country where one party rule is prevalent . Sorry, but you guys lost for a reason a couple of weeks ago.
@RyanJohnson03 That's funny that you should mention one party rule, because not so very long ago, we actually had an excellent example of it. It was called the George W. Bush/Dick Cheney administration.
@benvolio15 Checks and balances is. Like was said before, you want some one party dictatorship then move to one of those countries, the rest of us moving on.
@RyanJohnson03 Do you think the Republican President and Vice-President, and Republican controlled Congress from four to eight years ago cared about checks and balances while they had all the political power? Most liberals would say no.
@benvolio15 When did I ever say I did?? That is all in the past now, but guys like you always have to have something to bitch about because you are never happy.
@benvolio15 Well, there is a reason people like you make up about 1% of the country. I am talking about far-leftists here. Leftists as whole only make up 23% of the country.
@benvolio15 LOL! Anyone who doesn't agree with you is a far right winger and a racist. 23% is from the Gallup polls. Every poll shows the conservatives outnumbering you leftists, with the moderates coming in a close second.
@benvolio15 "Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!! We lost! Obama is going to have his hands tied now and will have to either start doing what the country wants him to do or face defeat himself later on. Government is going to be cut, more freedom in our lives, no amnesty for illegal aliens and a secure border! Waaaaaaaaaaaaa!! We the liberals don't want that stuff because we are a bunch of dumb fucks!"
@bjoh249 I told you, I am college educated and work for a living despite my disability, so watch that "bunch of dumb fucks" shit. And stop acting like your ability to spew a conservative talking point makes you smarter than everyone else.
@benvolio15 You are the one who came on here and started all of that shit. Just because you have a college diploma in hand doesn't mean anything. You have clearly gone insane and you only want an America where one party rules over everything. Sorry, but the rest of America is against you. Deal with it or leave!
@bjoh249 And you *don't* want an America where one party---your party----rules over everything? That's what's confusing me. I just got through telling Ryan that the Bush/Cheney administration had one-party rule until 2006, when the Democrats retook control of Congress. You love it when Republicans have one-party rule, and you hate it when Democrats have one-party rule?
@benvolio15 Most Americans now hate either party having one-party rule. You want the Democrats ruling over everything and the Republicans thrown into a corner and told to keep their mouths shut. If you want that kind of crap then leave the country, that isn't happening here.
@bjoh249 That's probably because I believe that liberals are more interested in moving this country forward into the future, while conservatives are more interested in moving this country backward into the past, hence the word "conserve" in "conservative".
@benvolio15 I will give you some credit though. You do seem more genuine as a liberal, even though some of your views are out of the mainstream. At least you didn't come on here and make some whacko stupid comment and then run like the other leftists who commented on here.
@benvolio15 Most Americans didn't support the final Obamacare bill. They wanted them to start over and they refused to listen. Another reason why the Democrats lost. Continue to be ignorant, everyone else is moving on.
@bjoh249 Because he was so busy trying to water it down so that the Republicans and Blue Dogs would be happy, but they weren't happy. When it didn't pass the first time, he did enough wheeling and dealing so that when it came up for a vote a second time, all Democrats voted yes, and all Republicans voted no.
@benvolio15 It still forced people to purchase insurance and it was still too long and hard to understand. Then you had batshit insane Nancy Pelosi telling people that Congress had to pass the bill so they can see what is in it. I mean these Congressmen and women should certainly read these bills before they vote on it. That just further shows how insane this was. Lets also not forget the extra bribes the Obama camp made to blue dog Democrats to get them to vote for it.
@benvolio15 Oh and your messiah Obama is not going to get his way on illegal immigration. The law is going to be enforced like it should. Illegal aliens have been leaving Arizona by the truckloads, the Governor was re-elected and candidates promising to get tough on illegal immigration was elected there a couple of weeks ago. We are going to have security on our borders again, like it should be.
@benvolio15 Oh another reason this video is silly is because it even tries to paint those against illegal immigration as racist. Illegal immigration isn't a conservative vs. Liberal issue. Most of America is tired of this invasion and wants the law enforced. You liberals are the ones who support illegal immigration and wants amnesty for them all.
@bjoh249 You're just scared to death by the fact that, in a few short years, 35% or more of all Americans will speak Spanish as their first language, not their second.
i don't think you should pull back on anything. the people this is targetted at are far more heavy handed in their realistic goals and political rhetoric. call them nazis. call them fascists. call them every horrible name in the book. they won't laugh at it anyway.

RyanJohnson03 1 year ago
@RyanJohnson03 You're not answering the question: what is there to love about the modern Republican party?
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 Both parties have their good and bad points. Stop acting like Democrats are so perfect.
RyanJohnson03 1 year ago
@RyanJohnson03 I didn't say that Democrats are perfect: case in point, the Blue Dogs who lost the election. I said that I trust them far more than Republicans about a variety of issues which this box doesn't leave me enough room to talk about most of them.

Well that is your opinion, not everyone shares it.
bjoh249 1 year ago
@benvolio15 If you really want to know, the Republicans at least talk about shrinking government. The Democrats are all for it and will say it out so. They haven't done crap in the last two years but put more control over our lives. They refuse to listen to the American people on anything. People don't trust government, regardless of party, and they will change out the party in power as they see fit. You are the one that is blinded by partisanship.
RyanJohnson03 1 year ago
@RyanJohnson03 People may not trust government, regardless of party, but Republicans and conservatives especially hate government, and judging by your responses, they probably always will.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 "but Republicans and conservatives especially hate government, and judging by your responses, they probably always will."
No, most of us just want it limited, like this country was founded on. Government by the people, for the People, not Government for the Democrats or Government for the Government. It is We The People, not You the Government!
bjoh249 1 year ago
@bjoh249 Ah, but wasn't it Grover Norquist, no far left liberal he, who said something about wanting a government so small that he could drown it in a bathtub?
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 What is their to love about the Democrats??
bjoh249 1 year ago
5. We don't use a cable television network as our own personal propaganda mill.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 6. We believe that seperation of church and state means that everyone has the right to worship whatever God they believe in as they please, and that government should not be in the business of deciding for everyone else what is to be believed (i.e. the religious right.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 If I think of any other answers I'll post them.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 No, you guys think the government should be telling us what doctor to choose and deciding our healthcare.
bjoh249 1 year ago
@bjoh249 "We guys" think that health care should be a right, not a privilege, for ALL Americans, and not merely the ones who can most afford it.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 First off, healthcare is NOT a right, and nowhere in the Constitution does it say that. Second of all, we shouldn't lose our freedoms to reform healthcare. The Obamacare Bill is nothing but government overreach disguised as healthcare reform.
bjoh249 1 year ago
@bjoh249 If health care isn't a right, then it should be, and we will not lose our freedoms if every American has access to health care. That is nothing more than a straw man argument.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 Forcing people to purchase insurance is a loss of a free market.
What is the nature of your disability BTW? Why do I get the feeling that you are one of those lazy bums living off the government and not doing anything to help yourself?
bjoh249 1 year ago
@bjoh249 I will have you know that I started a work-from-home job that pays great money just this past week. I have been disabled since birth after being born prematurely with cerebral palsy. Social Security and Medicare allow me access to medical care and basic needs while I have been working toward getting my job. I am college educated and have worked four other jobs in the last ten years despite my disability. You can call me a far left liberal if you want, but do not call me a lazy bum.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 And don't start with me about MSNBC and their purported liberal bias. MSNBC has biases, but unlike Fox News, which is anything but liberal, MSNBC doesn't intentionally twist the facts to advance a political agenda.

@benvolio15 You guys
1. Want to run everyone's life.
2. Want amnesty for illegal aliens
3. Want to ban our guns.
4. Want only your side of the aisle to be heard and everyone else should STFU!
Obviously you haven't learned your lesson from a couple of weeks ago. Keep worshipping your idiot Obama and the lefties. No one pays attention to you people anymore.
bjoh249 1 year ago
@bjoh249 You guys:
1. Want to run everyone's love life
2. Are afraid of too many people living in America and speaking Spanish
3. Choose to ignore the fact that Obama has said not one blessed thing about guns or wanting to ban them.
4. Want only your side of the aisle to be heard and everyone else should STFU.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 5. Want to do away with Social Security and Medicare, which would take away the safety net for many disabled Americans (including myself), and senior citizens.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 No, we want it privatised. You guys want the corrupt government doing everything for you and most of us don't want that.
bjoh249 1 year ago
@bjoh249 I don't want the government doing everything for me, but neither do I want it drowned in a bathtub Grover Norquist-style. Without government, we wouldn't have street cleaning, garbage collection, mail service, public schools, police, firefighters, repair of our crumbling infrastructure, or air traffic safety. We wouldn't even have the military to make sure another 9/11 doesn't happen.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 No one is against the government providing basic services, but you guys want them overreaching.

@RyanJohnson03 One person's crying and whining is another person's fact-checking. :)
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 You guys have been beaten once again. There is a reason for that. Most Americans don't agree with your lunacy. Why don't you try one of these countries like North Korea or Cuba and see how great the kind of government you want works.
Then again, you support illegal immigration, and these countries I named will not only catch you if you are there illegally, they will see to it that you pay a heavy penalty for it too.
bjoh249 1 year ago
@bjoh249 Yeah, um, in 2006 and 2008 you got your asses handed to you. There is a reason for that. In 2012, in the general election, when EVERYONE comes out to vote, not just teabaggers. Your asses will be handed to you again. Can't wait - hopefully you'll nominate Palin for 2012.
rakrobn 1 year ago
@rakrobn
If there is a turnaround in the economy (remember direction is all that matters), there is stability abroad and Sarah Palin is the GOP nominee, the GOP will be crushed and the Democrats will retake the House.
MeritisDE 1 year ago
@benvolio15 Face facts, most of this country doesn't agree with guys like you. You are so far out of the American mainstream that you have little hope of ever coming back.
RyanJohnson03 1 year ago
@RyanJohnson03 Statements like that are the reason why I think *you* are so far out of the mainstream that I will never be a conservative.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 Actually, unlike you, I don't fall into either party. I go into a voting booth on election day and make an informed decision based on who I feel is the better candidate for the job and not whether they have a D or an R next to their name. I actually voted for Obama in 2008, but now I can safely say that without a doubt I will NEVER do that again!
RyanJohnson03 1 year ago
@RyanJohnson03 And I used to not fall into either party and vote for the candidate I felt could better do the job. I'm sorry to say that I have voted across Democratic party lines in the last three elections. There is simply nothing now that could convince me to vote Republican, especially with the Tea Party in the mix. I have to fight for the side I believe in now, just like you do.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 LOL! Well most people are sensible, unlike you. May I suggest a country where one party rule is prevalent . Sorry, but you guys lost for a reason a couple of weeks ago.
RyanJohnson03 1 year ago
@RyanJohnson03 That's funny that you should mention one party rule, because not so very long ago, we actually had an excellent example of it. It was called the George W. Bush/Dick Cheney administration.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 Yes and people have now been reminded that government doesn't work well either way when one party controls everything.
RyanJohnson03 1 year ago
@RyanJohnson03 So now we think that gridlock is the way to get things done?
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 Checks and balances is. Like was said before, you want some one party dictatorship then move to one of those countries, the rest of us moving on.

bjoh249 1 year ago
@bjoh249 LOL. Sounds like anybody who doesn't agree with you is a far leftist. And where do you get that 23% number from?
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 LOL! Anyone who doesn't agree with you is a far right winger and a racist. 23% is from the Gallup polls. Every poll shows the conservatives outnumbering you leftists, with the moderates coming in a close second.

@benvolio15 You are the one who came on here and started all of that shit. Just because you have a college diploma in hand doesn't mean anything. You have clearly gone insane and you only want an America where one party rules over everything. Sorry, but the rest of America is against you. Deal with it or leave!
bjoh249 1 year ago
@bjoh249 And you *don't* want an America where one party---your party----rules over everything? That's what's confusing me. I just got through telling Ryan that the Bush/Cheney administration had one-party rule until 2006, when the Democrats retook control of Congress. You love it when Republicans have one-party rule, and you hate it when Democrats have one-party rule?
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 Most Americans now hate either party having one-party rule. You want the Democrats ruling over everything and the Republicans thrown into a corner and told to keep their mouths shut. If you want that kind of crap then leave the country, that isn't happening here.
bjoh249 1 year ago
@bjoh249 That's probably because I believe that liberals are more interested in moving this country forward into the future, while conservatives are more interested in moving this country backward into the past, hence the word "conserve" in "conservative".
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 No one is against moving this country forward, but what you guys want to do is not moving this country forward.
bjoh249 1 year ago
This has been flagged as spam show
@bjoh249 Neither is what you guys have done over the last two years.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 Better than doing crap that isn't right for the country. Get over it. Checks and balances have been restored whether you like it or not.
bjoh249 1 year ago
@benvolio15 I will give you some credit though. You do seem more genuine as a liberal, even though some of your views are out of the mainstream. At least you didn't come on here and make some whacko stupid comment and then run like the other leftists who commented on here.
bjoh249 1 year ago
@bjoh249 Why, thank you. I'll take that as a compliment. :)
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 Most Americans didn't support the final Obamacare bill. They wanted them to start over and they refused to listen. Another reason why the Democrats lost. Continue to be ignorant, everyone else is moving on.
bjoh249 1 year ago
@bjoh249 But most Americans did support some form of universal healthcare...70% if I remember correctly.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 But that isn't what Obama pushed through.
bjoh249 1 year ago
@bjoh249 Because he was so busy trying to water it down so that the Republicans and Blue Dogs would be happy, but they weren't happy. When it didn't pass the first time, he did enough wheeling and dealing so that when it came up for a vote a second time, all Democrats voted yes, and all Republicans voted no.
benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 It still forced people to purchase insurance and it was still too long and hard to understand. Then you had batshit insane Nancy Pelosi telling people that Congress had to pass the bill so they can see what is in it. I mean these Congressmen and women should certainly read these bills before they vote on it. That just further shows how insane this was. Lets also not forget the extra bribes the Obama camp made to blue dog Democrats to get them to vote for it.
bjoh249 1 year ago
@benvolio15
1. Not me
2. No, we are against ILLEGAL immigration, as are most Americans.
3. Obama and the Democratic party all have a bad track record on 2nd Amendment rights.
4. Again, same with you.
bjoh249 1 year ago
@benvolio15 Oh and your messiah Obama is not going to get his way on illegal immigration. The law is going to be enforced like it should. Illegal aliens have been leaving Arizona by the truckloads, the Governor was re-elected and candidates promising to get tough on illegal immigration was elected there a couple of weeks ago. We are going to have security on our borders again, like it should be.

benvolio15 1 year ago
@benvolio15 Oh another reason this video is silly is because it even tries to paint those against illegal immigration as racist. Illegal immigration isn't a conservative vs. Liberal issue. Most of America is tired of this invasion and wants the law enforced. You liberals are the ones who support illegal immigration and wants amnesty for them all.
