well to start, america isn't a democracy it is a republic. and lately it is a corporatocracy so that needs to be green for greedy asswipes. most of europe and south america are varying degrees of socialism which isn't even listed.
@XxxSakura101 Its simple. When u look at the statics not only does the government, but the citizens as well donate more money to the poor around the world than any other nation.
This is why I tell my gullible countrymen not to give to others around the world. Because there backwards and un-appreciative.
