Unreal was a superior game. It had brilliant atmospehere, with perfect soundtrack, and really eyepopping graphics. It brought the technology to a new level, like Doom did.

Unreal 2 was great fun, but it doesn't live up to the predecessor. Making Unreal with UE3 is a brilliant thinking, and remaking Unreal 2 with Epic Games.

well im not talking about the game Unreal. I'm talking about its sequel Unreal Tournament (GOTY edition). im checking the list right now of servers/players online and there are 268 servers working and 1575 players online. make sure you're not playing the demo version lol, that may be why

UT99 and GOTY are still pritty big. 2k4 was my favorite for online play, UT3 wasnt so great for online, not as epic, headshots too hard to get, no pumping music and the announcer sounded like the 2k3 version.

My first was Delta Force, but this was one that I played when I was about 5 and came back to at 14 after finding a copy in my friend's old game collection. He let me have it for my birthday because I told him about how I played it when I was younger. It blew me away with a slight feeling of Dejavu.

Ah, this brings back fond memories of when I was 6. At the time, my favorite part of the game was blowing up Nalis with grenade launchers. My mother had many an argument with my father over him letting me play this game. :)

As for where to buy it, I picked up Unreal Gold (Unreal + expansion pack) for 5 bucks at Wal Mart. The game is about 13 years old, so as you can imagine it's now very cheap

You can export die Unreal Musicfiles with the editor.

you can use UnrealED (the editor included in Unreal and Unreal Tournament) to extract .umx music files and play them with Winamp or a similar application.

I also think there's a plugin for Winamp around the web which allows you to listen to .umx files directly.
