This happened to me once awhile back. i think it was the late '90's one winter. Anyway. this guy's car is definitely worse, but my car was COMPLETELY encased unlike his! I chiseled my way into the car by carefully chipping the ice around the edge of the driver door and handle with a hammer and screwdriver. I then started the car and blasted the heat for over an hour to get a little melting action started, which made getting the rest of the ice off much easier.

I live in the greater Los Angeles area, we are in the mids 70s all this week, and we have a 80s last week, I'm grateful while about 80% of the US is cover in snow, we are under the sun shine, no wonder why L.A. is so expensive
