Awesome, one of my favorite songs. I'd say equal to the original! I came here looking for the chords, but can you tell me what gives the guitar that "compressed" sound.(hard to verbalize sounds).

@wishiwasdiggin Hey Keith. I'm using a Boss GT6 guitar effects unit on the acoustic guitar patch which has some compression, a bit of reverb. I'm recording into cubase and then using cubase's compressor and a reverb plugin. Aside from a bit of eq on the guitar as well, that's it. If it sounds good, that's great but there's nothing special going on. I am also using a roland guitar synth for some other guitar parts in there.

If you want the EXACT Chords they are :

x24432 (Bm) , x04432 ( D6 or Bm7- are same) , and 3x4402 ( which is kind of a B5 power chord with a G root) I think sometimes the pinky comes up on this one making it 3x4002

This progression makes a really slick transition leaving your hand in second postion the whole time - VERY COOL.
