Another intense, suspenseful, and very effective scene. Though if you just saw this clip and new nothing of termintors you would think Glau couldn't act. Not acting/showing no emotion and having no human habits or reactions seems harder than acting/reacting emotionally to a fake situation

Well I guess on whether cameron can love john or not depends on your definition of the word love. If your idea of love is always being there for John to help him and swearing her loyalty to him, then theoretically it could work between John and Cameron. If your idea of love is having a family together and stuff like that, then there is no way it could work between John and Cameron. Ya see what i'm saying?

Agreed. Also, she has very good learning capabilities, so within time she can develop structures in her software that can results in growing awareness of emotions.

I think that Terminator 2 sums that up perfectly.

Sarah Connor watches the Model 101 Terminator (Arnold) play with John at that base in the desert, when John is telling Arnold to high five him and keeps pulling his hand away and making him miss.

She says that he would be a better father than any of the men that Sarah had been with after Kyle because he'd never get drunk and hit him or yell at him. And he would never harm him.
