Apparently according to Ian Maclagan - Sweet lady Mary was a song the Faces never did live!!! I tried this song when I used to play guitar. I think it's played somewhere between the 10th and 12th frets..... I just struggled with it. If I'm correct Rod wrote Sweet lady mary.
That tone is definitely not impossible to duplicate
