  • Seriously, why is it Polish? I'm Polish and I've never heard of those, like they are only polish. If they those bisons are being killed in USA, then it has nothing to do with Poland.

  • @Schauc check your facts... there are 1,000's of American Bison in Poland, Russia and many other countries in Europe. There are vids on the Tube to check out! Bison Burgers Schauc?

  • @Schauc i think they are a polish style sausage with the meat inside being bison

  • bison not bizon

  • Polska kiełbasa - najlepszy wybór :d

    Greetings from Poland guys.

  • You guys are awesome! I'm only 15 and I learn alot of tips from you guys! I feel like I'm getting better at barbecuing and I can impress alot of people when I barbeque thanks to you guys. You guys rock!

  • yeah....

  • where's your resto? l hope anywhere near California.

  • you guys the are the best!

  • I'm a returning customer to Crown Blue Bison and I've purchased this sausage. When I cooked it on the grill it was so lean it didn't even smoke! That is not a bad thing :) The flavor was very good, but my tongue missed the true sausage flavor. I will buy this again and I have not tried it the BBQPitboys way so that is on the to-do list.

I can't wait to grill these Crown Blue Bison Ribeyes I purchased with the sausage!!!

    BBQPitboys, any suggestions?

  • Another awesome recipe. Just curious, will you guys be in the smoke on the mountain competition in Virginia this weekend. If you are I will drive up from North Carolina just to watch.

  • Another fine video from the Boysof BBQ

  • To all you people disrespecting them for endorsing product names; damn, just buy whatever brand you want. Maybe the brands they mention will taste way better than whatever you chose to buy instead. Mostly, it's the ingredients and the process which matters. Otherwise, why are you watching this channel? You sound like children, whining about them making a few bucks from product endorsements. Buy whatever product you want, and go crank up the grill. Or watch a different YouTube channel. Jeebus...

  • You guys are going to explode from the gas that sourcrout and beer will produce O-o

  • Ive always been a grill man,and a pretty fine one at that.Since I started watching yalls videos,Ive become even better. My ribs and chicken have become alot more consistent. You have inspired me to a new way of cooking, for that I thank yall.Yall make it easy for a redneck to really produce great product.Keep it coming fellas.

  • Nice recipe but, I am not a fan of warm beer.

    You need a cooler sponsorship.

  • MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMHMMMMMM. IT GOOT!

I love the way that it is all echoy. It is your signature move!!

  • Two new sponsors I see. Cha ching.

  • Makes me glad to work on a Bison farm

  • wow, I'm surprised they didn't mention the name of the pepper too

  • i like how after he took the can off the beer he just chucked it backwards

  • @JaqenH Cool. Can I tread on you?

  • It looking like the guy is eating a worm from 6:41 - 6:45 xD

  • BBQ Pit Boys for President/Congress! They could make Veganism illegal, and lure Osama out with some BBQ Brisket!

  • @kungfujellybean careful with those words son. you maybe in the land of the free

but as far as the secret service is concerned they may consider your wording a serious threat to national security.

  • @moham123 Lol, Don't "Son" me you old foot fetish perv. Somehow I doubt the Secret Service is concerned with "Brisket Luring" as a possible solution to the war. Either way, thanks for concern.

  • If you don't like this video, you're a dirty Republican.

  • I don't think I've ever seen you guys using a Meco Grill. Sure would like to see you guys retire that weber for an episode or two

  • What did the daddy buffulo say to his son when he left home? 'Bison'

  • funny how you say "sauerkraut"

its a german word and u say it almost correct :D but not 100%

  • Wow...never seen those before. Bison is wonderful and these should taste luscious. Thanks for the great video!

  • cant beat that good work boys!

  • look foreward to videos every week! this one looks real GUD!

  • Looks great! Before cooking sauerkraut, I like to rinse and dry it in a colander to mellow the flavor before use.

  • Great vid again guys. Did 8 pound of pork ribs low and slow, meat falling of the bone mann mmmmmmmmmm hhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

  • I love you guys!

    Greatings from Poland!

  • haha k´looks nasty, but i bet it tastes great

so off to the supermarket, get some saussages, ^^

  • not the nicest things you cooked,i dont like the idea of cooking sausages in liquid,i prefer a tough texture to my sausage, the kraut looks nasty.

  • You guys rule man! Keep on grillin'

    Best wishes from bavaria! ;)

  • Look ral good

  • Never eaten bison before.....

  • @longshanlung You my friend are really missing out. Even if you can only get ground bison and make yourself some burgers it is amazing.

  • @longshanlung

Low fat, very nutrious, pure muscle & expensive.

  • Looks great!

  • What would be a good substitute for beer? I do not like the flavor of alcohol.

  • @RussMusiq There really is no substitute for beer for recipes that call for a fermented alcoholic beverage. However, you can try either one of two things. Non-alcoholic ginger beer or a small amount of vinegar with water. The main point is to simply retain a good amount of moisture in the recipe to keep the meat nice and tender because bison meat is naturally very lean.

  • i'd try chicken or beef stock

  • Comment removed

  • @rkmugen Comment removed because I mistook the Bison Ale brand for a local California brand. Anyway, it's all good; nothing smells as good as kraut that's been slow-cooked in the juices of such high quality meat and beer, all over hot coals!

  • Whoever disliked this is probably some lesbo fem nazi tree hugging vegetarian. And she probably got hungry watching this vid like the rest of us. Your loss. This looks better than GEWD!

  • Looks excellent as always.

  • probably gonna get some abuse for this, but what is sour krout?

  • @reecez0zr sour krout is pickled cabbage, very popular, i think it's origins are from germany, not sure. tastes great with sausages

  • @reecez0zr fermented cabbage which has a "VERY" distinct flavor

  • @reecez0zr spelled sauerkraut, and originally german.

  • wow, crownblue is aiming for youtube partners, first the cookingwithjack youtube channel, now BBQ pit boys :)

  • heyyy! you guys got a new knife! awesome!!!! keep grilling cuz you rock!!!

  • bison is and has always been distinctly American. good stuff. too bad they were virtually eliminated by the railroads. yet, they have survived and are coming back in a big way.

  • Is Bison only available in the U.S?

Im from Australia and I don't think the local butcher sells these.

  • @bladez0rz23

wild animal here so i think so.

  • @bladez0rz23 Also called American Buffalo. They were rare even here for many years, and as wesawebi said, only now are they making a comeback.

  • classic bbq pit boys = BPB

  • Comment removed
