Neither distillation nor carbon filters remove fluoride. The only filter that works is one that contains aluminum. I use a Berky filter system with the additional fluoride filter.

The #1 thing you can do to eliminate all fluoride from your water is get a little (or big if you have the money) DISTILLER UNIT. I dont sell them but have been using one for nearly 20 years because our water is bad here plus full of fluoride. You can easily find the one gallon water distiller unit's for your personal drinking water to be 99.99% pure for $200.00. Best investment you will ever make for your health, "organic food and distilled water only". I got mine at "H2o Labs" just do a search.

@rross27 Distillation removes dissolved solids, but it doesn't remove chemicals from the water. The chemicals vaporize along with the water and end up in the output water.

You need to carbon filter the water before or after distillation. Those shitty little carbon filled teabag type filters that come with some distillers aren't the way to go. I recommend a counter top or under counter water filter, such as those made by Crystal Quest. They make fluoride filters too.

I apologize for not adding that after water distillation you should run it through a long tube carbon filter not only to remove the acids but yes, also any remaining gasses that may have risen with the steam. Good point bro! I use a PUR water filter (not the greatest) afterwards to get the cleanest water I can. And never believe the myth that you get most of your minerals from water, the truth is 95% of your minerals come from food as you know already. TY nice comment!
