  • Very informative video. To discover the correct product to promote is what stumps me. I'm starting with ClickBank and I've only found one book that sells. Matching product with people is the real puzzle for me.

  • Customers are the best way to discover new opportunities... so having excellent customer service and even follow-up sales reports are essential to a good business.

  • Very true about how it takes time to really get to know your customer.

    I guess it's no different to building up any kind of friendship - it takes time and effort. And a big part involves really putting yourself in their shoes and trying to see the world from their point of view.
