It takes a sophisticated mind to appreciate music like this. Most people today are so tainted and enjoy exclusively what the radio puts out, "rubbish". It takes patience and an open mind to enjoy this.
"They had a large barge with a radio antenna tower on it, that they would charge up and discharge.... They had a large barge with a radio antenna tower on it, that they would charge up and discharge.... They had a large barge with a radio antenna tower on it....."
@GalvaWalken8 No idea why, but that part of the song is so... haunting. I've laid on by bed many a night, lost in a trance to this album, and those lines always move me in a strange way.
@AstronautJ Indeed. It can be very haunting. It's on a similar creepy or unnerving level as the audio sample about "parking tickets" from DJ Shadow's "Stem-Long Stem" track from the album "Endtroducing...".
@AstronautJ I feel the exact same way. It's an eerie feeling. I think because it helps you to separate your mind from reality in a different kind of way. Like a very subtle form of meditation.
@GalvaWalken8 -dude, ur quote and those lines are so awesome that i copied and pasted them for my facebook status, hope u don't mind lol, amazing song.
The bit with the static and just after. Oh my god.

Absolutely wonderful. Bands like this are far too rare. Those 18 minutes just flew by like it was any old song.
