juan fernandez, easter , or felix islands. not confident yet. I am getting closer. requires more detective work. looking for waters between the 25 to 35th parallel , can see the bottom from space, indicating warmer water and less plankton abundence , strong population of pinnepeds no particuler species, black browed albatrose's , remote , low diver recognition. Thanks sharkdivers for this facinating research. allready have learned a lot about the southern ocean. keep up the Great work. thanks.
The site is as good as I.G in terms of visibility and animal encounters. You can also acquire the animals in a mornings boat trip rather than a 210 mile trip.
I wonder how the number of animals and visibility matches up to Guadalupe. The vis in the video looks pretty good. It definitely looks clearer than the spots in South Africa and the Farallons but maybe not quite up to par with Guadalupe. Exciting news, either way.
south africa is quite easy in some spots but in deep sea where you should nto be swimming, its freaky. i have surfed in every surf spot in cape town and i can tell u that its very half and half. i have seen a shark in the water maybe 100 metres away from me, because the water was so clear i could see the silouette
