Has your coat rack ever fallen over? 'Cause mine does occasionally so I try to distribute items on it evenly, but sometimes when I'm in a rush, I hurriedly grab a coat and it falls over, gah.

i have that ikea scarf rack too! but now i love putting my scarves on an over the door towel rack (found at ross or marshalls). Basically it has two rows and I hang lighter scarves on the first row, and heavier knit scarves on the second row.

Hi Christine, I have another idea for hanging scsrves. You can use a plastic white hanger and also the plastic white shower rings and connect the rings to the hanger and loop the scarves through the rings

don't you find that the chains from the necklaces get tangled when you hang them all on one hook like that? that's what I used to do and they looked nice but I never wore my necklaces because it was such a hassle to get one necklace loose out of the bunch :/

Great ideas! I use a kitchen organization rack from Ikea to organize my jewelry. My rings are in a spice rack and my bangles are on paper towel holders. I keep my back on two large coat rack holders from ikea. Hats, belts & gloves are in a drawer and I keep my scarves in a box.

OMG we organize the same. I have the jewelry hanger you got your sister. I use the over the door rack and the bag jewelry hanger. You can put a coat hanger in the top of that and hang it in the closet as well.. Thanks for sharing! I need to get that heart one!

i hang my clothes on hangers in the big closet. if i hang them on racks in the room, the room gets all cluttered up. oh, and the hangers are usually free. not many places give them out like they used to, but i just ask them nicely and they would give them to me. thanks for showing us where you hang your things. can you do a tutorial on how to declutter the room? i like spacious room that doesn't look like a garage.
