@2010collapse Google fertility rate click the line graph on the right hand you will see world click it. The graph shows while population is increasing births per person is going decreasing. A society needs to have 2 children per women to replace it's self and the world is barely meeting that right now. Soon the population will be to low and we will have issues like unemployment like japan or china, which doesn't have enough new births to support the upper class.
Hm. the real problem is our economic system that rewards short term gain and zero responsiblity for the environment and makes corporations pollute and try to push the work and cost of cleaning up on to a state that is robbed blind by central banks. All money supply is based on money that is lent into existence, which means society pays interest on ALL activity instead of accumulating ability to create new work and new research. a small elite of bank owners just pocket all of society's gains.

the figure shown at beginning is wrong - its MUCH WORSE. it's 6700 million, not 670 million!
1 billion = 1000 million, not 100 million!
World population is a staggering 6,901101,900 +++ !
we currently use HALF the worlds biological productivity. thats HALF by ONE SPECIES- OUT OF SOME 50, MILLION SPECIES.
but ONLY because of fossil energy - that will run out soon.
pops are 6 x overshoot what it could support otherwise. 1800 = 1 billion only.
