  • Amazing!!! Well done

  • Mate fucking fair play to you. Great balls to get through that. "The jump squats were OK, burned a little." Says it all to me really!!

  • That is an amazing feat you just accomplished there and to do it in 98min was even more impressive. Hats off to you craic. Keep up the videos, they are a superb motivator for me and I'd lose lot without them, so I thank you. PS just to reiterate how disgusting burpee's are, it took you over 50min to complete them. (an excellent time in my book)

  • I just did this the other day im 17 135lbs i didnt do it for time just wanted to get it done, and i did and damn im sore. when brand shoes are those btw craic?

  • I'm going to make an educated suggestion here and warn people NOT TO TRY THIS workout without conditioning first. These workouts are great for conditioned athletes once in awhile, but trying to murder your joints, ligaments, and muscles for the sake of "accomplishing" the workout is very irresponsible. It would be like trying to run a marathon without training. But, otherwise, interesting workout and nice job Craic

  • Haha I had a little chuckle to myself when you said in about 40 minutes to start with :p

I recently did the 500 burpees for time challenge and took me 49 minutes to do just that aha.

They suck, so bad, especially after the first lot you did ahaha.

You did an awesome Job man well done!

The push-ups and burpees would get me in this I would think. Looking forward to trying it in the future, will post a video response when I do :)

  • Hats off mate - awesome effort

  • Rep king awesome core ! K

  • Hard yards my friend well done respect uk style

  • I did it in 56:34 beasted that damn ima be sore tomorrow XD

  • Wow, way to go!!

  • This is fantastic! As a total beginner I'm going to start with a far shorter version with the goal to work up to the full workout.

  • times to complete each (Cummulative) : Squat jumps :Christian, 2:14; Me, 2:02

    Push ups: C, 18:24; Me, 20:03 Sit ups: C, around 24 mins; me, 37:36

And half the burpees(with 1min rests every 12) 1:35:34.53... Friggen killer

  • So i tried this with a group of friends yesterday, there were 5 of us all about 16 years old. 3 quit after the push-ups. My friend Christian and i continued but only got half way through the burpees. we are planning to add this to our weekly schedule every tuesday along with the max 1000 on thursdays

  • DAMN O.O

  • this video better have 0 dislikes

  • Absolutely amazing! I do not predict the first three exercises being much of a problem, but those 400 burpees will definitely bring some pain. I plan on doing this workout several times before I head to USMC OCS. Thanks for the motivation!

  • Life as RX

  • YOU ARE A BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Dude your a beast!

  • incredible...all grit and determination. Nicely done.

  • challenge accepted

  • This is perfect for building incredible core strength. You do this every day, plus a more advanced ab workout and some heavy squats and pullups, your gonna be a beast

  • @Blackout690 If you did that every day you would just burnout. It's rare for me to do a workout like that. The majority of my training is a lot shorter and more intense. Workouts like this are good once in a while

  • eeegad! dude!! amazing

  • If only I could make the workout go in fast motion like that, I'd be fine. Hats off to ya, brutha. Spartan Race AZ!!

  • Sick work out. Hats off to you. I think the 300 situps would get me, but its definitely a goal.

  • Off the chain! Great job!
