I have a 7 year old son with autistic tendencies and barely talking, but highly aware of surroundings, others' moods, etc. He has anxiety, fears...could I somehow tap on him even though I'm not sure if he is understanding my words or what's going on? Great video! What do we do when we didn*t remember all the memories that we have until the present, memories that made a negative impact on us and caused us low self esteem? Will the tapping be effective if we tap only on the "events" that we remember? Because something big like low self esttem must have a lot of negative memories attaced to it.
You can do what you do know and how you know that YOU are producing your seemingly low self-esteem. Esteem is what you keep affirming about yourself. Your esteem comes from how you represent yourself inside yourself with memories and events. Change all bad ones and make them good. Peace Robert

The same mechanism works between our conscious and unconscious mind.Negative experiences are "hidden" in our unconscious and are acting as our protection mechanism against our reality and all the stress that is coming from it. This protection that's coming from our unconscious is accepted as the "self".When we change that,we can clean out easily. Painful identification = painful life.

Because its my case. When I am in danger or only see nice girl or imagine , I feel strong stab in my chest...
I tried to tap on this feeling, to listen what it say and tap on that, to imagine what it is, to accept it and let it go so lots of ways, but it is still there...
You must realize it is you who is producing the panic feeling by what you are looking at in your mind. It is based on what you feel about yourself and your experiences. You must change the what it is you are doing within you.
What happens if you change your past event that gives you a negative emotional charge- to a positive event even if it didnt occur, The emotional charge would be positive making you feel better and great things will come to you holding that belief
If it is in you then it seems real to you. Even if it never occurred because your unconscious mind can not tell if it is real. Making it positive reaps many rewards.

I am working on my social anxiety half year with faster EFT (and other therapies like BSFF, Sedona method, TAT ), Ive tapped something around 250 negative experiences 3 times.
Sometimes I feel very good around people, but after some days anxiety come back again and again , I cant get rid of it completely. I dont know what to do now and I am hopeless.
Could you give me some suggest or where could be a problem ?
The anxiety is generated from within you so the question is what was it that triggered it? You must make sure you cover all areas within you and those triggers that stir it up. Make sure you have changed each and every memory that supported the anxiety. Change your beliefs you have about it too. It is your response to the world and not the world doing it to you.
I have my volume turned all the way up and many of your videos I am straining to hear - not sure if it is on your end or mine. I bring it up as I listed to ALL of your videos and would like to hear them better :)
While cleaning out the negative stuff... How do you build a positive self-esteem when you do not have many strong enough resources (positive experiences) from childhood? When you haven't experienced much love or attention and so on... how do you reach these levels towards yourself later on?

I tapped 3 times on negative situations more than 150 , cleared huge amount of aspects , but still its not good.
