The government dictates
--who can learn
(can you afford a private or Montessori school or are you restrained to learn the "public" way?)
--what we learn (teachers have to teach by the test nowadays...what happens to all other ways of learning??)
--when we learn (we are required to meet certain skills at certain times...but not everyone learns at the same time...)
--how we learn
(our learning is structured and limited according to the government standard)

The result of implementing a standard:
--low achieving students dont improve
--high achieving students dont feel the need to learn at their highest capacity
because all that matters is that the school reaches the average!!!!
