Thank you so much for posting these...it's a lot easier to follow than how I read it in the book....for women, have these practices helped your menses? I was introduced to his work because I was told that we're not supposed to menstruate b/c it's a waste of nutrients and microcosmic orbit or cobra breathing can control that
