Floyd said he wanted Cotto way back in late '05 and Arum straight said "no he's not ready for that" and this is when Floyd was still with Top Rank so it would have been an easy to fight to make. They both were 140 pound champs at the time. It was them two and Hatton who were the beltholders and at the time Hatton hadn't come over to America yet.
