I am going to NTNU in september, I AM SO EXCITED!!! How much studying did you guys actually do out there? I am very nervous as well. Please upload more! i want to see more of the partying aspect of Taiwan!
This makes me want to go to Taiwan instead of China next year. I feel like all international students have a great time like this in Asia, I has similar life when I spent a year in Singapore.
Hi, I want to go to Taiwan to improve my Chinese.
But, I have a few impediments. My college grades on my transcript are horrible. But, I am proficient in Chinese, can carry conversation, and I am very determined to master Mandarin. My goal is to use that skill in my future in entrepreneurship.
Is there a way I can still make it into the program without having to present my transcript?
I was studying Chinese in International Chinese Language Program at National Taiwan University. I typically spend the day studying Chinese from 8am till 9/10pm and then it was off Karaoking or Night Clubbing till around 2am and then repeated it the next day. Crazy and exhausting, but I never had so much fun.
Wow this seems fucking great, I first thought it would be an elite university with lotta geeks but seems like it's PARTY, BITCH after all :D

I have to go either China or Taiwan(specifically Taipei) to get my degree even, its a requirement, would you suggest Taiwan over China?

I'm going to study chinese at NTNU later this year (in september). I'm not sure if I'm going to behave myself or not. Haha.

dude, go out every chance you get. It's better to regret something that you've done rather than something you didn't do.

NTNU is a joke. You'll learn some Chinese if you're diligent, but you won't learn too much.
Most "serious" students turn into party animals after a month at NTNU because they realize there really is no purpose to working hard there.

You did ICLP and clubbed every weekend?
That's both physically and financially exhausting.

@KaiXi333 It sure was, but if I had to chance to do it over again, I'd do exactly the same thing.
