Philly police officers are arrogant, self serving, sanctimonious, felonious COWARDS who think that they are the hottest people in the universe merely because they are handed a minuscule amount of unearned power on a silver platter. Cops are bribe extorting, evidence planting, robbing, torturing, perjuring, framing, murdering, inept, low IQ, sociopathic rejects who could not get hired to clean toilets in the private sector, which (unlike police forces) has legitimate employment requirements.

Not sure it's still open but, I did it a few years ago and recommend it! You get to see the whole city in a totally new way.

I went up here and totally forgot that I was scared of heighst. I froze trying to make the curve and had to press my way against the wall until I got back in. the view is too close to the streets and almost makes you want to jump off the building,weird I know but true, maybe higher it might not be so bad.
