I fully support the State of Israel and its citizens, but I do not support any 'extremism' done, especially to children, by ultra-orthodox Jews.

I think she has a good point at 2.38: These guys think they are defending the "right" behaviour, whilst spitting and shouting and terrorizing others. What a contradiction. I see more "wrong" than "right" here. Nothing good or "right" can come from such hatred and frenzy.

Do they understand how the role they attribute to women (breeding the next jewish generation) is just plain identical with the role the Nazis gave to women in their ideology: breeding the next generation of Aryans.. Also, if you read the latest INN article- The Mayor of Beit Shemesh wrote:"He added that a hareidi man who was seen on a Channel 2 TV report as spitting at a small girl and then justifying it to the cameras was an “idiot” and that he was now in “communal herem,” meaning that no one in his community was talking to him and that he was not to be included in a minyan (prayer quorum)"

@GirlonFilm1969 100 percent. The way to fight this is not by fighting with each other but by trying to find ways for unity. These men are NOT the norm for Chareidim. Not in the least!! The way to solve this is 1. arrest the men who are being violent. I don't know if it's against the law for them to shout names. They also have a legal right to protest . (I think?) There concerns are somewhat valid but the way they are going about it is totally wrong!! 2. we need unity groups..

I am afraid this gives off a bad impression of them too b/c not all are alike. Unity is always the way. Well, as far as the name it does seem that the actions of a few fly in the face of that meaning.

In fact they are having groups to learn the laws of how to relate to your fellow jew... and this is put up in the hallway of a CHAREIDI building. The dati leumi community is also not doing anything in the form of compromise here. They are just as bull headed. They say that they have their rights and that they were there first etc.. What about caring about the needs of your fellow Jew.

Having groups to work on how to treat your fellow jew IS doing something. These nutcases have a history of vandalism and the like. Do you think that chareidim should be willing to suffer with that just for the sake of this issue? Not e/t is worked on with force. The school could insist that the mothers of the children be dressed according to Jewish law which many are not. I just watched another video about the protest.
