It's up to who's writing it. If the writer thinks hulk doesn't die then he doesn't and the same for doomsday. At one point a nuke and gun killed hulk (what if story of planet hulk & what if ross became hulk) at another point he ripped a hole in time and space with his bare fist and "super" nukes didn't even hurt him. At one point doomsday killed superman, at another superman killed tons him with heat vision and beat up the real one with ease and told him off like a child acting up.

Going by animation however switch Darkseid with Thanos and change it to Darkseid <<< Thanos.

Good video. Seriously people? Goku vs. Superman? About the only thing they have in common is that they are fictional cartoon characters. Superman is a creation of two immigrants in the 1930s. Goku is the brainchild of a manga artist in the 1980s. Two different universes here. It's fair to compare/contrast characters from each given universe, but Goku vs. Supes is like comparing Apples/Oranges. Doesn't make any sense.
Also, I have never seen Supes dodge and weave punches, kicks and fists as fast Goku has or any other DBZ character for that matter. Or what about when people get hit with Ki Blasts and when the smoke clears, they're still standing? If that was Supes, he would have his cloak torn or look seriously roughed up like in this scene? It takes atleast a powerlevel of 1,000 to destroy a planet in DBZ. Goku's powerlevel fighting Frieza was around 150,000,000 SSJ. Which means at full force he can destroy millions of Planets. Both Supes and Goku are not shown using their full power (earth destroying power) because we wouldn't have shows then. Cell had enough power to blow up a galaxy so I fail to see how Supes who can barely survive the explosion of a couple of stars compares.

It's up to who's writing it. If the writer thinks hulk doesn't die then he doesn't and the same for doomsday. At one point a nuke and gun killed hulk (what if story of planet hulk & what if ross became hulk) at another point he ripped a hole in time and space with his bare fist and "super" nukes didn't even hurt him. At one point doomsday killed superman, at another superman killed tons him with heat vision and beat up the real one with ease and told him off like a child acting up.

@DARKPHENIX122 Doomsday < Thanos < Darkseid. Doomsday fought Superman to a draw while Darkseid has simply beaten Superman more often than not by simple gestures. Thanos & Darkseid are fairly even but his Omega Effect tips the fight in his favour. Going by comics of course.
Going by animation however switch Darkseid with Thanos and change it to Darkseid <<< Thanos.

What I don't understand is, if you watch DragonBallZ at all, you see there is a big difference in power levels, it is common knowledge that they fight at faster than light speeds all the time, matter of fact they can't even be seen when they fight, Superman fights people like Metallo and ToyMaker, I mean seriously when DBZ people fight planets and galaxies are threatened, its in no way the same thing at all, not even close. @CrisisHipHop For one, Their entire existence isn't threatened cause Kid Buu the biggest threat their universe never destroyed any large portion of anything to be considered a Galactic Threat. It's never stated outside shitty english dubbing that they are light speed or even close to it.
The cartoon superheroes are drastically toned down from their actual medium, and Toyman hasn't been a main villain in Superman for a long time. They used him cause animated Superman is far weaker than comics.

Good video. Seriously people? Goku vs. Superman? About the only thing they have in common is that they are fictional cartoon characters. Superman is a creation of two immigrants in the 1930s. Goku is the brainchild of a manga artist in the 1980s. Two different universes here. It's fair to compare/contrast characters from each given universe, but Goku vs. Supes is like comparing Apples/Oranges. Doesn't make any sense.

Also, I have never seen Supes dodge and weave punches, kicks and fists as fast Goku has or any other DBZ character for that matter. Or what about when people get hit with Ki Blasts and when the smoke clears, they're still standing? If that was Supes, he would have his cloak torn or look seriously roughed up like in this scene? It takes atleast a powerlevel of 1,000 to destroy a planet in DBZ. Goku's powerlevel fighting Frieza was around 150,000,000 SSJ. Which means at full force he can destroy millions of Planets. Both Supes and Goku are not shown using their full power (earth destroying power) because we wouldn't have shows then. Cell had enough power to blow up a galaxy so I fail to see how Supes who can barely survive the explosion of a couple of stars compares.

Whenever Supes gets put underneath some rubble, it takes hims ages to get back up to momentum and throw it back at an opponent. If that was Goku, that'll be twisting in the air as a forcefield around him (without using hands). But Marvel & Dc are two different things. DBZ Manga is on another echelon. In DBZ fights, you can hardly see them, but hear thunderous claps of royal rumble in the sky. GTFO :)

Goku has to lock on with a energy signal in order to use IT, his regular combat speed is not instant. Superman can go faster than light, but he doesn't do that on Earth cause the resulting sonic booms would destroy the planet. And right before you say anything regarding Raditz, it was a bad dub line.

Outside of fusions he's quite possibly the one who can beat Superman, but Orion is stronger than Superman, just that Superman is the leader of the JL.
AT stated in an interview the fastest a DB character can go is light speed using Instant Transmission. So Goku using IT is light speed, but as I said before and seen in the manga he needs an energy signal in order to use IT.
Superman, can go FTL(Faster Than Light) but can't do that in Earth's atmosphere cause he can't control the speed force.

Doomsday can't be killed the same way twice however superman in order to destroy dooms day once and for all breaks his neck a second time according to the comics. dooms day and superman faught before the result was death for both of them, Super girl then took atoms from superman and split them into five different supermen. Superman, superboy, steel as well as a few others.

Ok it entirley depends on if you read the comics or watch the cartoon. Steel was never a kryptonian. He was inspired to wear the superman crest after he was saved by him. superboy was a clone half Lex Luther dna half Superman and im sure you can find out the rest easily enough if you look up wiki. There are so many double negatives in comic history its impossible to read them if you put them all together and put them under a microscope. Wiki helps a lot with this though.
