@Thomasgabriel985 no not neccessarily. when i used to work for at&t a case was just forwarded to the engineers and they would diagnose from there if it was a phone prob or tower/network issue. but the iphone 4 does have issues. also no provider can guarantee service in a building

It is wrong to grip phones whit all fingers, and whole hand, and compare this with problem that Iphone 4 has. For Iphone 4 it is enough to slightly put just little finger at that gap between two antennas.

Fingers conductivity, and even resistans count for such high frequencies. When you grip phone with whole hand, you just shield antenna from signals. And it is normal that you somethimes get one bar drop.

I repeat, Iphone4 has completely different manufacture problem.

If you want to get a bit closer to Android you could jailbreak it. But I will be getting an Android soon, as I am bored... @Davidxx1994 AT&T's not that bad, it just depends on what area you live in. In Michigan i get perfect service. Their customer service is very friendly and helpful in our experience. Sprint was great too but i got signal no where with them. It just depends on where you live.
