@Chuckyboy5000 So I take it you didn't care for this much? Haha! We meant no disrespect to this great song--just trying to work through the song. Rock on! Dice
I just happened across your video. I think you guys did a decent job on this song; and I don't think it is too slow. As I remember it, the tempo is pretty close to the original. Keep jammin'!

hey thanks! We are just a family trying to have some fun with some of the classic greats, but for some reason, lot's of people take this as an insult to Sam and the boys--Thanks for checking this out and enjoying it! Rock on! Dice
@posro1988 Hah! It was actualy a bed sheet with snowmen on it. We had to find something in a hurry to block the light coming in. Thanks for the comment! Dice
hi there..i want to say that i really like what you cats are doing! hey i started like this 28 years ago..and now i make good money with it! all the best..
i actually prefer listening to this amateur cover over the original. you guys do a fantastic job of this song, i gave it all 5 stars. i have my headphones on and the downloader isn't slowing me down so i'm enjoying the plea of the wolves a howling. i'm gonna have to check out your 63 other videos dicedrum. i can't believe that you have just as many nays(31) as you do yehs. why would people not like this cover, amateur and ex. audio...thanx fellas as I say baa from Vancouver Canada.
@Ezdduf4kuZ Hey thanks! We are just a little family band who love these classics. We just pick a song, and then start trying it. This was our first whack at this classic. I insisted we go painfuly slow till we knew all the parts were right. It is funny7 how angry this cover makes some people, but oh well. Thanks for commenting! Rock on! Dice
is it true drummers arnt allowed to write music? nice one guys im glad you guys did this , my gf plays bass guitar (and standup base) and i play piano and guitar so were gonna try this one out, oh how many shots of rum before i play it? gg anyways ^_^
Hah! Actually had all memebers of band over thid weekend, and we laughed .we actualy sample the home-brew instead of Rum. Drummers not allowed ? Don't know. Phil Collins and Don Henley both wrote songs, but I son't know other than that. Rock on Dice
I like it, but the lead singer doesn't sound as skeezy as Sam did lol. If that make sense. The "wolf" in the original song always kind of sounded like an awkward pervert who would approach you at a bar and try to buy you a drink, then follow you outside. (this actually happened to me once *shudder*)
Great comment! I appreciate it. I'm pretty sure the lead singer will be glad he doesn't remind you of that dude that followed you out of the bar :-) Rock on! Dice
hey man, I appreciate you checking this out and commenting. It's OK if you think it sucks--seems to be the general consensus :-) We were just hanging out and trying new songs. Rock on man!
I honestly don't think it sucks... It's sounds pretty good... got the nice slow rhythm to it like the original and all... long as I'm able to make the connection to the original version, I'm fine with it... if it sounds nothing like it... then i'll most likely think it sucks :D lol
better to practice painfully slow than try to go right into the actual speed... which my friends expect me to do with playing guitar >_> np, you too man lol
Finally somebody agrees with me :-) My piano teacher from like 20 years ago used to say Playing something fast, but inaccurate is not the least bit impressive.Speed will come with practice. thanks for the comments.. Rock on.on!
Hey thanks for the comment man. I really did struggle with how to play this. I love the song, and would love to cover this one again--after some more non-recorded practice sessions. Rock on!
You don't like it :-) that's cool. We know it's painfully slow (my fault) We wanted to nail down the notes, so we practiced it real slow. Probably should have put one of our later attempts, on here, but oh well. We have fun doing this stuff. thanks for the comment. check out some of our other stuff if you'd like. Rock on!
Hey dude, thanks for commenting. We recorded our selves playing it painfully slow--per my advice. we were trying to learn this song, and decided to record it while we did. You nailed it on the head--way too slow. I (the drummer) take responsibility for that. It was the first time we ever played, so I told them we were going to do it painfully slow till we got it. So here you have it :) Thanks for the comment. Rock on!
Hey, great job! Not the best version, but I am one who likes the faster version... It would have been nice if you'd have been more spirited, but that's just my opinion.

Hey thanks man. I appreciate the constructive advice. Exactly why I put this on here. thanks again for the comment. If you get a chance check out our Green River cover--it's not nearly as painfully slow. We should have definitely practiced this one before I posted it--this was our very first whack at it. Rock on!
Thanks for commenting. This was the first time we ever tried this song. Probably should have waited to put a more polished version on here, but we had fun--and that's what matters .
