Marlin Hurt, the vocalist who sang the "Got the world in a jug, Lord" part, later became well known as "Beulah" on "THE JOHNSON'S WAX PROGRAM WITH FIBBER McGEE AND MOLLY" in the early '40s, then on his own program, until his death in 1946. Incidentally, Frank Trumbauer is the lead vocalist here...

Oh brother!!! A grand band, as usual, bu the display of liturgical outerwear is really wonderful. I think I recognized a few that wrapped me on the knuckles with a ruler. Thanks for this. Ed.
