It's a bug in the game, not LoLReplay. The Jarvan and Akali were on the same spot when Fiddlesticks used his Dark Wind so it bounced infinitely until both of them died. If you look at the damage counters it keeps scrolling 171 for Jarvan and 137 for Nidalee. Usually there would only be a total of 5 numbers for the 5 bounces.

That has happened to me long ago...I had Lee Sin on Twisted Treeline and Fid's Dark Wind was coming so I used Safeguard on my ally and when I got onto him it happened that the Dark Wind came the exact same time and he got a double...I think that when you use a dash spell on you ally and Dark Wing comes then it kills you.And as you can see same think happened with Akali.

@seplop normally I would agree with you but actually, if you look, the Nidalee has health dropping correctly and the camera was actually over the battle when it took place. Also, the recorder was Fiddlesticks which means the he was in control and and was obviously watching. This wasn't the health bug of lol replay but a bug where fiddlesticks crow bounces infinite times and deals their whole health.
