I just realized a huge potential plot twist..or at least idiocy on behalf of the characters in this show.

Bulma already wished back everyone who died (except for evil people). Vegeta not being revived makes sense, as he was wished back once before.

But why the hell did Goku and the others not realize that that very wish should have brought Gohan back to life if he was really dead? He never died before this, to their knowledge. This could have changed the plot significantly if they realized.

They just let the pain pass, knowing Goku wanted to stay both times.

Biggest reason why I hate Buu saga, it takes away from Gohan's Character. We know gohan for being tough, able to come back from being hit by anything. VS Freiza he was amazing, and vs Cell well he was on a whole new Level. In Buu saga, other than his Mystic Form, he was fail.
