  • Phenomenal!

  • this is great

  • Great class! Very methodically taught and very beautifully executed.

  • Beautiful voice, beautiful music and beautiful flow!

  • Really liked the flowing sequence with a beautiful background music and clear instructions!

  • hello,, what is the music name in the background..

    beautiful video

  • interesting, but atention to the mudras (name,...) , the correct pose on adho muka, this "litle" things make diference,...

  • Wonderful, I'm going to try to mix this into my Yoga routine. I love the Prayer at the heart movement alot. I think that it would be great to combine with a modified standing forward movement, straight into a Warrior 3. Amazing, I can't wait to try it later today!!!!

  • i loved this....but ive NEVER one yoga...so i couldnt finsih it. too hard

  • hmmmmm that felt good. i feel refreshed and clean. i did it twice. :)

  • if they made dvds I'd buy the whole collection!

  • i feel opver! :( l0l x

  • wow, it is indeed an excellent DEEP energy flow of yoga!! i like it !

should produce more video like this.

  • excellent continous flow movement...i love it..very graceful

  • Meditation is the same, but yoga postures or asanas are diferents because men and woman have different anatomy, particularly the gland system. Some postures are exlusivelly for men, it can produced injury in women. Women shouldn't practice yoga while menstruating and pregnancy, except for very mild streatchs.

  • People thought that 50 years ago - I think you need some updated info :)

    Namaste

  • Human anatomy didn't "evolve" that much in the last 5 years, the rules still apply.

  • Actually there is a very large resource of yoga practice available for pregnant women - pre-natal yoga is of very powerful benefit for both the mother and unborn child.

  • @floatinglandscape - I do not mean to upset you but the fact is that "women should not practice yoga while menstruating or pregnant is a myth. It is based on a opinion

and not on facts. I am female and have been practing yoga during my period and during all of my pregnancies and felt great. Of course a pregnant lady as the months go by will have to adept and modify. i was able to do headstands and other advanced poses with no problem at all. My kids are bright and they love to do yoga.

  • ofcourse there is no difference for man or woman in yoga... its for everyone but there are just steps from easy to difficult. if you workout maybe you'll do the difficult parts and reach to an yogi... janv1987

  • one question:

Is it the same yoga for women and for men?

  • Thank you.

  • Thank you.

  • Good yoga video
