I was given 2 plastic barrels that were used to store diesel fuel. Is there a way to completely clean the diesel fuel out of these barrels?

Jolly good show. Have you ever thought about developing some sort of system to catch the fluid that runs off? I hear that it can be used as a liquid fertilizer.
