At 2:04, right before Tony Slattery swears and does a step toward to Ryan Stiles (and therefore the camera), he looks so tiny. I know it's cause of the camera and perspective and stuff... But I think it looks kind of funny.

For the word at 2:58, I always thought someone is saying "Jeez" cause of the style Joise Lawrence has to sing in.
