TNA is an upstart wrestling promotion so it's hard for them to make a name for themselves with local talent. That's what you're supposed to do when you're not well known, you get wrestlers that are talented and popular to help out your business. What TNA has done in 6 years is great and it's good that we have an alternative to WWE. WWE will have to get really bad for people to stop watching because they've been around since 1952.
