  • I have a question: Is there a big different between F-18 Hornet and F-18 Superhornet ?

  • @Applebesserwisser

F18 hornet is the normal version of the F18

but the superhornet has very new high-tech inside and only the best pilots are allowed to fly that awesome aircraft

  • I love this Plane :DD

  • badass video!!!!! I'm thinking about joining the air force or the navy to be a pilot but am uncertain how the balance is with family. How do fighter pilots balance their lives with work ?

  • Hey, what's that at about 3:10? It sure isn't standard NATO martialling signals. Never seen it done like that before.

  • @JetMechMA When there aren't tight spaces to taxi around they typically give that signal to have you "line up" on them

JM: Yeah sure.....no, wait....standard NATO martialling signals suffice for any spaces. Arms up, for "guide on me" and then the standard turn signal. What?...are they free stylin it out there now days?

What's so hard to understand about standard martialling signals? The only reason I could see for doing it her way would be on a crowded carrier flight-deck with spining propellers nearby.

  • 5:38 Full Burner and Nose Down .... bet the VSI was maxed out on that one!

  • Nice video on the East Coast Rhino Team. Just curious how did you get the cockpit shots?

  • Glad you liked it Peaches! I mounted a small "Lipstick" camera on the glare shield above the instrument panel.

  • Wow lucky. Were you on the team when you made the video or a media personal?

  • We were doing media work for MacDill AFB.
