@leonnxpumper -- The original files (get.bat and get.reg) are located in the truman.tar.gz archive that was originally downloaded. They are in the root of the win32 directory within the archive.
@leonnxpumper -- I don't have the box handy where I set this up, but I do have some notes and will do my best to remember. The Windows batch scripts do not appear to be written for XP and thus their locations need to be updated. There is no WINNT in XP so you have to copy the files to \windows\system32. Additional notes below.

@leonnxpumper --
-- Copy files to the malware client
---- Copy get.bat & get.reg to C:\
---- Everything in the Truman/win32/WINNT/system32 folder gets copied to c:\windows\system32
---- Right click get.reg and load it into the registry (select 'merge') to ensure the batch file automatically runs at boot
-- Edit c:\get.bat
---- change c:\WINNT to c:\WINDOWS everywhere it occurs
-- Create an empty file c:\zero.txt and make sure it's exactly 0 bytes in size
