No, not really. She has gone through most of the angel transformtion rituals, so she still has jer angel senses, like good hearing and superhuman strength. At least I think it was superhuman strength. When I read someone's article about Zelos, she guessed that since he wasn't able to hold Regal, it must have meant that Zelos had not gone through the angel transformation himself yet.

hes partly gone through the angel transformation because when he betrays you at the tower of salvation he pops open his wings, and if/when you fight him because of relationship issues, he gets his inhuman strength during the fight

Try telling me how weak Zelos is after he singlehandedly fought off my entire party of Lloyd, Colette, Genis, and Sheena by himself. And killed all of them at least once, I might add. So he's a pimp, a traitor, AND really good at hiding his power. Man, if he was Sylvarant's chosen, Remiel and Kratos would have gotten their asses handed to them and that'd be the end of it.
