@yollam this is actually a great version of this song, growing up in the time of the original, i can appreciate what you're saying, but Im sure the Dream Academy folks love the amazing harmonies and the fact that they didnt change the song, this particular video does have its moments where theres an echo and the two videos dont merge properly, but check out another video of this, the harmony is truly amazing...

tragic really this is a bastardization of the original tune .i don't care for the kuntrie inflection ,seems a bit contrived and over produced, if you've ever heard an interview by the bands members they don't speak that way soooo wtf? I live in the dirty south and they ain't it, they are the mechanically produced reba macintyre and the jodie foster character in the film silence of the lambs. not that any of what I say makes a fukkin bit of difference or offers any contribution to humanity jmo...

I think this was a smart song choice that allowed for everyone's vocals to get plenty of time to shine. Still, I can't help but think it lost some of the mystery that the song had when performed by the Dream Academy.

I love this song. I recently heard it being played when I was on a cruise ship in the middle of the Baltic Sea in Northern Europe.

It was awesome hearing this song there as it really is "life in a northern town" in that part of the World.
