  • is it wrong that im eating a whopper and drinking dr. pepper while watching this? hey at least i gave my dog the fries!

  • let me guess, that wasent even 1/4 of the whole work out?

  • What the crap man! I am in week 8 of P90X the second time around man and if the ACTUALL DVD is anything like what you and now I just did, holy crap man, I am getting my friekin bucket near by! EXTREME!

  • how does the p90x + work is it just a full body workout?

  • @Turksdahustla What this video is showing is p90x plus, which is different and more of a lean/ muscle endurance program than original p90x, which is a little heavier on the muscle gaining.

You do a weekly regiment, with a different workout each day of the week. Every month the order and or composiiton of the workouts changes.

IE: For Plus, you do upper body all in one day. For original, you start off doing chest and back one day, then jump training the next, then shoulders and arms.

  • Wow man. REALLY great workout. Nice workout area set up. Keep pressing Play !

  • Good work, brother.

  • is this all the exersises from this dvd?

  • man i am 13 yeard old and my doctor recomend it to me so dont say that i am to young. but after doing plyo i could not even sit down on a chair. BRING IT !

  • well done big man!!

  • Those are some insane moves for your form to be that good. Congatulations on your transformation. It's my second time through the program and I'm going to order the Plus series. Any suggestions...equipment, supplements, etc.?

  • H*LY SH*T, Good form

  • pain? theres no pain! its all fun! ahahahaha =)

  • Keyscoob...you couldn't hang with P90X if Tony Horton and cowbuc were both there lifting the weights FOR YOU.

  • where's your video?......we could compare it to this one.

  • Keyscoob....you are a complete douche bag. Try p90x....and then see what you say about "weak performances." Cause, I'll bet there wouldn't be a weaker perfomance and watching YOU do some p90x!

  • nice

  • how many reps per exercise did you start out and how many you do now?

  • good god man your arms at 1:50

animal! keep up the great work.

  • His arms look good because he is shaved, flexing, has oil on him, and the lighting in the room.

  • I agree with you complete ced776li! This guy's a joke!

  • your a bitch

  • ur a fagot nobody cares u fag

  • good for you idiot

  • you havent mentioned that you turned into a super sayajin when you did that curl.

  • You gave birth to a fully grown man .... not a daughter

  • so do we have to do as many reps as you did or is that just ur workout routine?

  • so is this like a whole week's worth of workouts or just one day?

  • Just one day.

  • @cowbucs question? Is p90x the only workout you use, or do you supplement that with more traditional weight lifting?

  • It's 84 days. Four DVD's, five new workouts, a crapload of new moves, and a whole new level of muscle confusion. The recover week is involved with DVD's form the p90x. Also, yoga X is still in play each week so make sure you still have your old p90X DVD's.

  • where did u get that big mat?

  • It actually several mats that interlace. I bought them at Kmart.

  • i took a look at the p90x plus progress calendar, and its a combination of the new p90x plus videos with some of the old ones in between like yoga and x stretch

  • for p90x

if i were to finish it could i just start over but do the workouts like harder or faster or with heavier wieghts or do i HAVE to do p90x plus

  • No, you don't have to do P90X plus. I did two rounds of Classic P90X before I added Plus.

  • Good Vid, Very bad music

  • hey cowbucs cool video....i have a question....would u recommend p90x plus after p90x or another round of p90x...like which is better...

  • Hit the Plus after your first round to change things up a bit.

  • Tony Horton takes the principles of, "Secrets Of Advanced Bodybuilders" and gymnastics techniques, and repackaged them to sell to a mass audience. He got rich off this: good for him, I suppose. If you can find, "Secrets Of Advanced Bodybuilders", buy it and do some basic cardio as part of a regimen. You won't piss away hundreds of dollars on DVD's and you will see muscle gains in an unbelieveably short amount of time. As for nutrition, there are effective guides for download all over the web.

  • Secrets of Advanced Bodybuilders looks like a good read. If I can get me hands on it, I will defnitely give it a shot.

I find it kind of funny that you are telling people not to "piss away hundreds of dollars on DVDs" (P90X Plus actually goes for about $60 by the way) while at the same time telling them to buy a book that costs about $70 to $164 used on Amazon. Oh well. To each his own.

  • That's what it costs on Amazon, used? That blows. I got my copy brand spanking new out of Muscle and Fitness magazine almost twenty years ago and it cost about $15 if memory serves me correctly. The information in that book will let you achieve gains, if you pair it with proper nutrition, your results will have people believing you're on the juice. If routines are tweaked properly, you can turn it into a weight/cardio workout. The book is a must own for fitness enthusiasts.

  • I'm still looking to buy the book. I am just hoping to get it a little cheaper. In addition to your comments, I have heard nothing but good things about the book.

  • Dude your a badass! I cant wait until my day 90 im going to start my plus series workouts, they look so intense!

  • They're hardcore buddy. Enjoy.

  • If you haven't tried this you have no idea how hard it is. Props Cowbucs. Great job. Great Motivation.

  • Thanks bud.

  • ello im 16 :) im gettin the p90x pull up bar need to work on my upper body need to look good for holiday and prom lol any tips thnxs ;)

  • 110% every workout.

  • you're a badass--those pullups with legs out was awesome, and those spider pushups = ftw. Nice job dude.

  • Thanks bud.

  • fuck buying it just download it

  • I'm 18 and have completed P90X now I'm just waiting untill I can afford the P90X plus....and that day is coming very soon :) I'm pumped

  • why don't you just torrent it? it is available...

  • what is torrent?

  • Its a download of a very large file. Use azerus as the client then go to isohunt or another site like that.

  • I'll give it a shot..thanks

  • dont torrent it its not the same as the real thing one of my friends bought it and nother torrented it with the real one the workouts change each round but the torrent one is just a copy of one of the rounds so ur not getting the muscle confusion

  • holy crap!! i want this and i am not even done with the normal P90X and I love it!!! i also run 3-8 miles a day before i work out for a warm up! lol im also only 16!! any other yougins here!

and very nice vid man! your RIPPED!

  • nice vid, i just wanted to know what company that chinup machine is and how much its costs? thanks. keep up the good work.

  • is p90x plus that much better than p90x. i finished the program about 6 months ago and I do back and biceps, chest shoulders and tri, plyo, and core with ab ripper x about 3 times a week. ill definetly try the workouts you have on youtube and ill see how badass p90x plus is.

  • Why is Tony so inactive in P90X plus?? Though I love P90X and P90X plus, I am really sad about that.

  • I've noticed the same thing. Tony really motivated me in P90X watching him knock out all of those pull ups.

  • Tony seems to have a lot more mass in P90X+ than in P90X. Ok, and one must consider that he is at the age of 49 when making P90X+. But I love to watch Mark and Traci in P90X+.

  • Good effort.

  • Thanks.

  • my 9 year old daughter is stronger than you.

  • And what about you there old man? Are you stronger than me?

  • Much, much VERY much you clueless little baby.

  • interesting. I highly doubt that. But nice try anyways keyboard warrior. You're bad ass. I would suggest you do a video. I'd be more than happy to be $20 that you couldn't finish 1 P90x workout.

  • good job, im guna be taking p90x in about a months time, 6'2 180 pounds and sorta skinny, i was wondering if any out there has any advice for me... THANKS

  • push hard. P90x is not for the unmotivated. By the time you finish you're going to be crying in pain (not actually but there is going to be a lot of pain). But just know you're going to see results soon if you stick to it.

  • Thanks cowbucs

  • i would like to know if i start with p90x+ will i have greater result than with p90x alone or will i have great result at all,

    great video :)

  • Your best bet is to start with P90X. P90X+ is very intense and might scare you away from the program.

  • Also, the designed P90X+ program incorporates exercise from P90X.

  • you won't get better results with the plus. P90X+ is more of a maintenance program than anything else (you actually realize that when you look at the brochure that comes with it). For real gain: P90X. I just finish P90X+ and couldn't wait for it to be over so I could go back to the regular X (I'll use interval and kenpo as they are pretty good... but won't be using the other dvds anytime soon).

  • omg I've only heard of p90x whats p90x plus? Is it available only online or in stores? is it harder or just for upper body? Someone please inform me!

  • The P90+ workouts consist of Interval X, Kenpo Cardio Plus, Upper Plus, Total Body Plus, and Abs/Core Plus. You can find them on ebay.

  • wtf dude you are baddass makes me feel like a whimp doing the original one.. what is this im only on week 2 and i havent seen these moves.. they look wayyy harder

  • It's P90X Plus. The exercises are more intense than P90X.

Good luck with P90X. Let me know if you have any questions.

  • yeah P90X plus is for P90X grads. Cause is scary my friend ;). but u graduate from P90X and u Buy P90x plus and let the party begging ;)

    -Chris

  • where did you buy your pull up bar sir?

  • My neighbor was throwing it away so I took it. It was in great condition and couldn't pass. You can buy one at Walmar, Kmart, or Sears. I believe they cost about $100

  • do you have the whole workout routines in video, im hoping to try it out

  • I think I've seen them here on YouTube. Just do a search.

  • great workout!!!

  • Thanks

  • Hey, thats amazing stuff u can do, i just got a question, i have the p90x plus but not the actual p90x so can i just start the plus without doing the oringal one

    THanks in Advanced

  • Hey Razor...it depends on the type of physical shape you are in. The workout is very intense even more so than the P90X workouts.

Plus is actually meant to be integrated with

P90X, but if you feel your ready for it then go for it.

  • hey i want to start p90x and low on cash what kind of dumbbells could i get i don't want bands! :)

  • I bought my dumbbells at Walmart at very decent prices. Also, check craigslist. I got bought a smith machine with 300 lbs. of olympic weights for $200.

  • One week down on my 90, off to a slow start, but gaining speed. Video is up, too. Your videos pump me up, bro. Thanks!

  • Thank you. I'll be sure to catch your videos.

  • That looks intense! I have the plus, but my plan was to add them starting in Round2 Phase 2 (nextweek) a little at a time. What do you think?

  • Sorry for the late reply. I actually replied a couple of days ago but for some reason it did not post.

I think adding Plus to Round 2 Phase 2 sounds like a solid plan. Its muscle confusion at its best.

  • Thanks man! That's the plan...

  • ha ha I feellike a wuss.I just want to be able to pull myself up once.Time to get to it.Thanks for th motivation.

  • No problem man. You would be amazed at what you can do when you put your mind to it. Good luck!!

  • You are a robot! lol. Keep it up, man. I'll be starting my 90 in a few days. Great motivation!

  • This is what it's like when worlds collide! Good luck with the program buddy and thanks for the comments.

  • holy shit man that is a serious work out looks like it is workin well i am jsut gettin into the whole p90x this and it is alot harder then the old work out plan i use to do

  • Good luck with the program. It is a very intense program.

  • Your Bad Ass... Way to Bring it.. You do those pull ups like nothing... I feel like a wimp...Your Doing Awesome...Keep up the hard work...The videos gives me something to look forward to..

  • Thanks. More to come ;)

  • wow... One word.... NICE!

  • Thanks man.

  • EXCELLENT song choice.

  • Thanks. That's the type of music I like to listen to when I workout get. Gets me pumped.

  • Holy CRAP!!! Your a BEAST! Way to go, that looked intense.

  • Very intense. After I finished this workout I felt like I did on day 1 on P90X Classic. I was able to hold in my lunch this time around ;()

  • Dude you are a monster! looking good man....that is an insane workout from the looks of it. Great job....I just finished Phase 1 of P90X and it feels great....I can only imagine how the Plus is....I plan on doing it afterwards as well...

  • I think Phase 3 is my favorite because you get to mix in all the workouts. You'll love Plus.

  • WOW - what a workout. Great job man.

  • Thanks buddy.

  • dooing good man keep it up help me motivateted thanks

  • I've been watching your progress. Your doing great. Keep it up.

  • Wow dude, haven't seen you in awhile. Definitely making some great progress. I love the routine. Good job!

  • Thanks buddy. Just trying to keep up with you.

  • Man, you don't need to keep up with me. You're doing a superb job all on your own. As the saying goes, "U da man!" :)

  • o m g !

I hurt just from seeing that!

    Maybe someday :-)

  • Something to look forward to for your next round of the "X"

  • Dude, you are getting huge! You have got me thinking about jumping right into plus after my first round of P90X instead of doing a second round. Did you do more than one round of P90X before starting plus?

  • Thanks for the comments. I am on my third round and I have incorporated P90X Plus into my workouts. Basically my first week went something like this:

Mon: Upper Plus and Abs/Core Plus

Tues: Interval X Plus and Abs/Core Plus

    Wed: Total Body Plus

    Thurs: Boxing workout

Fri: Upper Plus and Abs/Core Plus

    Sat: The Pit-lower body workout

  • From here I am starting the Classic version of the X with the yoga day being a "how i feel day" (which ever workout I want) and Saturdays will be either Total Body Plus or The Pit full body workout.

  • Wow, that does look painful! Can't wait to be a P90X Grad to add Plus to the mix!

  • Definitely an intense workout.
