Hi i am thinking about going to isle of wight next year i usually go to glastonbury but that looks a little bit poor and i fancy a change next year and have never been to isle of wight festival whats it like ?

@tonymontana1974 Be aware that Isle of Wight Festival is not on the same scale as Glastonbury, however it has it's own charm and heritage. Next year will be my 7th year in a row at IOW, it is a great festival, only one Big Stage so you wont be missing/clashing acts like Glasto but they do have a Big Top tent now incase ur not diggin the Main Stage acts. I would recommend the IOW to any festival goer and the line-up this year looks pretty good so far. Also, never rains :)

@Justrhythm8 Cheers for that yeh im gonna go isle of wight next year for a change and like you say the line up looks really good so far i think glasto is gonna be dull next year with u2 and coldplay headlining.

Nice to see so many people enjoying Spandau. And the weather was fantastic. That wasn't the case in Copenhagen, 2 days earlier
