  • Hello there! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got ripped 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

  • It's calories in vs. calories out not meal timing(every 3 hours). That's old outdated info. Your body can deal with a lot more calories at once than you think. Look at people using the leangains diet or warrior diet. They gain muscle and stay at fairly low bodyfat percentages. Also, do you think that people in olden times, such as Greeks or Spartans(known for body aesthetics) ate every two hours? Doubt it.

  • can u help me mate? i dont really go to the gym as i feel am way too skinny, i dont want to go into the blackmarket.... i just want to fat on.. n am getting sick n tired of ppl saying, eat this n that.. i burn it fast.. i need some type of weight gainer .. only 4 fat.. but meat on.. id be soo happy to be fat then skinny, that way i can work out...HELP ME MATE AM FRM ENGLAND

  • @MrMabloz lol at your first sentence. Too skinny to go to the gym? You aren't going to gain mass without working out. Go to the gym, buy protein used for mass gaining and take it 30 minutes after you work out. Then increase your caloric intake. Your going to have to put in hard work at the gym if you want results.

  • um what kind of food do i need to eat every day?

  • from 5 to 7? WOW I have never tried that, I'm going to start the challenge ;)

  • Any tips on what kinds of meals I should be eating during these intervals? When my dad, who's naturally the same body type as me, was about 20 he started bringing 3 turkey sandwiches to work every day and eating them in similar intervals like this. It worked for him, but is something like this recommended? Or should I be diversifying my meals?

  • it's not so much about the calories you take in, but how much protein...if you take in 10 000 calories all coming from ice cream, twinkies and soda you're not gonna gain weight in muscle, you're gonna gain it in fat...i only take in like 2000 calories a day but alot of it in protein and i still see gains so keep that in mind

  • @lordOFbrooklyn Agreed - Both how many calories and the ratio of carbs, proteins and fats we're consuming are important to gain weight and muscle.
