Dude trust me, I've had a much worse call. I had a player at first, and the CPU pitcher tried to pick me off. I clearly got back to the base and even stood there with my foot on it for a while. Literally ten seconds after I got back (I still had my foot on the base), the first basemen stepped on the bag with the ball, and I was called out.

Actually that is a realistic mistake...the umpire was basing the call on the arrival of the ball...something that happens all the time instead of the tag...the ball beat you by like 2 seconds and the umpire had made up his mind you were out and assumed the tag was gonna be there. That happens in baseball.

@zbjordan23 Or it's a video game and the polygon representing the player's glove was actually "touching" the polygon representing the running player's body, but because of the way video games work, that doesn't always correlate to visually representing contact. Another possibility is if you have umpire mistakes on, then the game could have purposely missed the call.
