  • @muaythaijunky how can you say not bad, you never fought k1

  • not bad. good switch kick. better then allot of videos iv seen out there. tho i do my kicks much different and it seems like hes whipping his. mine follows thru and are less stationary.

  • the round house is very telegraphed.

  • No one would start a fight with a guy who looks like him... even if he didn't know any martial arts. No one probably ever picked a fight with him in his life. The people who really NEED the martial arts are the ones who don't look as intimidating.

  • This guy is scary... probably steroids.

So yeah.... big muscles.... tiny package

  • @DSMANDARIN But how does it feel to have small muscles AND a small package?

  • TIGER KICK! SAGAT

  • Man.. This guy is huge !

  • omg, that guy is massive!

  • @Tamra247 that video wasn't even in his most massiv period

  • im scared :0

  • what he does is a MT/ kyokushin roundhouse

  • What is the name of this sport? Full contact?

  • Kickboxing... K-1, modified muay thai.. whatever

  • Is it possible to train that sport without braking my nose or my expensive pivot teeths? I saw a youngsters class and they don´t use masks, there was a guy with his face red of getting so much punchs in his face. It was a circle and there was 2 guys inside changing and fighting kicks and punches. I´ll take the individual lessons or nothing. I see JLB training alone very well.

  • @1971ratrace Probably possible but you will get punched in the face. You have to, its part of the sport, part of conditioning the mind and body.

  • yea you'll get punched a lot in your face, but if you dont push it too far i dont think you'll get your nose broken or your teeth lol

  • @czarImperia lol watever? way to have some attitute bro. to your credit though, you probably learned to not answer like a jackass within the last year, or maybe not. You tell me? LOL!

  • @dss103 I have no idea what you are talking about or what was the discussion.

  • @dss103 You asked for THIS sport, shorts, boxing gloves, could jap kickboxing, k-1, thaiboxing, american kickboxing or anything like that -_-

That cross-middlekick combo can be used is nearly every striking discipline. SO asking for the discipline based on a 2hit combinaton is kinda stupid.

If you just looked up who Jerome LeBanner is you'd find out he has hold titles in full-contact, thaiboxing and was one of the best K-1 fighters for a very long period.

    regards

  • kickboxing :P full contact means that you fight with basic protection (when training) and you can hit your opponent almost every anywhere

  • *almost anywhere lol

  • @1971ratrace

    savate box

  • @1971ratrace the trainer is a former thai boxer who have learned different asian martial arts and the boxer in the video is Jerome lebanner one the famous kick boxer on this planet.

  • he is 6'3"

  • how tall is he?( the kicker ) Sorry I rarely watch k1 fights. If this guy is 6'3 above, MAN!!! He is a beast!!

  • i like the trainer little shuffle ha

  • wow... this its a realy basic combo but.. the power he puts on the kick and the punch.... ir great!

maybe thats why he is so popular in k 1

  • I am American but would love to see him knock out Brock Lesnar.

  • @bufbarbnaby Unfortunately, Brock Lesnar's punches can send a person cart wheeling backwards. LOL. But Le Banner's still a beast nonetheless.

  • @AhShaun Heath Herring just fell down, he rolled backwards himself in an attempt to standup, using the momentum to help.

  • @LiNaK37 I don't know man. It didn't look like an attempt to me. He just rolled into the cage from the center of the ring where he received the blow. Or maybe he did but the momentum was to strong to even direct the energy to get back on his feet again.

  • @AhShaun I just watched it today, you gotta watch it in slo mo, Heath clearly pushes himself back

  • @LiNaK37 I see. I'll be sure to find a vid on him pushing himself back in slow mo.

  • Its called a switch kick, you fuckin idiot! LeBanner is kicking with the lead foot, which in this case is his right since he is a southpaw, but you have to draw it back before you shoot it out if you want to generate any power. shut the hell up with your ignorant comments. The man is a 'legend' in the sport

  • @lockplay You do not HAVE TO move it backward. it's just because he wants it to be very powerfull. I think that crocop doesnt bother about moving his front feet backward... But anyway, there s no rule, you do it your way... I would be too slow if i had to change my guard any time i wanted to kick with my front feet.

  • shouldnt he work a little more on the footjob??

its like he is dancing everytime before he kicks...not very smooth..

  • HAHAHA what the fuck do you know faggot.

He easy one of the most powerful K-1 fighters ever so why listen to some fucking clown like you.

  • Footjob? ummmm that's unrelated here lol

  • @czarImperia Lmfao footjob is unrelated! HAHAHAH! that was perfect

  • This isnt karate. Kicks dont snap, they must be drawn back for true power.

  • @zukra Retard...

  • @zukra He even gets instructions from his instructor to do the "dance" lol. Its ment to look like that :P 0:06

  • @zukra that's how it works dude. He's taking an extra step so that the leg he's kicking with is in the rear, which is where it needs to be in order to generate power. A roundhouse kick doesn't really work if you don't do this. This is a slightly different combo than usual because he's crossing with his left hand, and kicking with his right. The tendency is to cross and kick both from the same side, which eliminates the need to set up the kick with the extra step.

  • very good

  • Andre Zeitoun- The best trainer in the world!!!

  • I like how the guy holding the pads does a little dance with his feet at 0:06

  • Is that what you like? Is that really what you like? ...Then you'll love 0:30

  • lmfaoo :L

  • nice point xD

  • good striker .......never won the k-1 but i hope so ,go geronimo ,team zeitoun ,gardons la foi

  • Man, I never realized it before but he has a very hard right kick. Not like Cro Cop but still incredibly powerful.

  • well his thighs ARE tree trunks.

  • Also his right is his dominant leg. He fights southpaw even though he's right handed.

  • Huh, thats a little unorthodox but I suppose he is just better at punching with his right. I'm kind of weird when it comes to kicks. I'm not a south paw and I am right handed but I kick with my left leg.

  • i do the same thing as him, i'm right handed but i fight southpaw. i have a really good jab with my right and a pretty weak inaccurate left jab.

  • Same here, but i felt no power in my left straights so i changed to orthodox. IS it possible to make your left straight as strong as your right if your right handed.

  • at first you wont because it isnt your dominant hand but you develop strength there the same way you do with everywhere else. just focus a lot on hitting the heavy bag with the left cross in your workouts and lift heavy weights and it will get stronger. there are plyomentric exercises that can help as well.

i do the same with my left jab now too, it is good to just develop both stances so you can switch it up mid fight to confuse your opponent. i still prefer southpaw though.

  • same here, but with hard training I have reached equal power with both legs, though sometimes my left leg is better

  • Ya, since I typed that 7 months ago I have a way better right kick. But I still have a much better left.

  • 1,90 meter + 118 kilo = Jerome le Banner!(H)

  • No the guys short.

  • whoa fuc* hes huge. is he like 7ft or summit o.O

  • 6'3, 265lbs

  • that dudes massive
