I can't tell from the skating part, but the begining was NOT Bam Margera. On Bam's unholy union, he finds a photo of him from like 4th grade, and he looks exactly the same as he does now (just smaller and beardless). The first few seconds is NOT Bam. As for the rest, I don't know. He's goofy, but it could be switch? It doesn't look like his body type though.
