Yo, I'm not a fan of T-Vice, but I will defend the guy for what he said. Miami is a shit bag. The Haitian professional in Miami are in direct proportion discretionally with the chimeres in Haiti. Education is not solely based on books. Discernment can be learned too.

Actually Roberto, there is large number of haitians holding public offices, professing law and medecine in Florida, not to mention the second gereneration of Haitian Immigrants who are doing quite well in everywhere the states.
