@RuggerFlail Doubt that, he's shrunk way too much, though its a myth that one loses all their steroid acquired muscle mass when they stop using. Some of the mass is usually kept and moreover, the body then has a higher set point in terms of how much muscle mass can be gained, even when the athletes resume training natually. Its as if the steroid usage alters the genetics to a certain degree. I've experienced this effect myself.
