for a camera that has lot of movement, like that tunnel in detroit u showed, 10000 to about 11000 frames per second is pretty good. For like a steady camera 8000 or 9000 frames should be good. Also rite above fps is resolution. It is set to 352x240. Change it to 1920x1080 and the thumbnail of tha camera will be HD HD HD very good.

30 is the most frames per second u can do on 3gs

so if u put 1000 it goes automaticly to 30 sence its max.

but im not sure sence camera u using is else were,
