@MrCODXD i can't answer the QuickPwn question, but yes, you can get 3.1.3 on your 1st gen iPod Touch. you can download it from the iTunes Store for like $5, but the newest version of iTunes has a bug in it that won't let it install. download it, then uninstall iTunes 10.5.2, then download iTunes 10.3.1 (you can Google search a download link for it). Once it's installed, it'll install the iOS 3.1.3 upgrade onto your iPod Touch. I literally JUST did this 2 nights ago on my old iPod Touch.
