  • So this black guy just rolled up on you and says he's gonna cap you huh? and then throws up gang signs too? at a cowboy looking redneck he's never seen before? yeah, that makes a lotta sense officer Fuhrm...i mean Lyga.

By the way, excellent shot to his heart from the opposite side of his body.

  • to jail the 911 operator calld and told him the sam thing i was yellin at him the whole time, not to mention other cop backd up wat i said, but he didnt want to stop the arrest. i meant to mak long story short but this isnt right. seems like any course of action would be pointless. this guy jumps out with a gun on me, the 911 caller concernd with family member, and arrests me for disorderly conduct, because i wouldnt stop talking loud and using profanity, wtf did he expect with the circumstances

  • know wtf i am and wtf do i want. so i started using profanity with him from then on, telling him who called the police and why. he also kept telling me to calm down and started handcuffing me then the correct officer arrived and i was holding my hands up while on the car yeling to him that i called police and look whats happening. he also got out of the car saying calm down. he wanteed to hear story but i was using profanity to do it and the 1st cop decided to jus book me in. before he took me

  • i called the police because my aunt wasnt picking up phone nor answering door, one officer drove by, who so happened to not be the cop that was sent to the scene, and i flagd him down. he drove down turned around and i was still waving him down as he approached me. he jumpd out the car with gun out ,yelling for me to get hands out (jacket) pockets which i did but put them back in pocket by habit as i thought i showed i had nothing. i was telling him i called the po's and he was saying he doesnt

  • The narrator has a monotone voice. his voice sounds like the guy from the CLear Eyes commercial.

  • Unbelievable!

  • WAY TO GO LAPD! DONT BE NICE TO THOSE HOOD RATS! BEAT EM! BEAT EM GOOD!

  • In the 1980's Al Sharpton and hispanic rights groups shouted "We need more minority officers, whites cops can't patrol black and latino neighborhoods!" So, affirmative action required black and latino cops, and look what happened, they hired a bunch of bloods that dealt coke and shot people! Duh.......

  • Daym.... Gas was only 1.25? I miss those days.

  • whats the intro song?

  • all i got to say is RIP 2PAC !

  • @XL4STRX3 may he rest in piss...

  • Can someone tell me the name of the introsong? thx

  • @Jam261093 to live and die in LA by 2pac

  • @justcoolness34 the name of the song is 2 pac - to live and die in las vegas.

  • Did all this start happening when they let black people in the police?

  • As long as they keep the gang members in check, I have no problem with having a CRASH unit patrol an area. Gang-bangers don't live by laws and when they get arrested you sure can't sue them for any damages they did to you--unlike the police dept or the city. It sucks how law enforcement has to play by rules and their enemy doesn't.

  • If I ever join any Law enforcement department, I will make damm sure these mofos know I am educated. Good cop/bad cop, shit bad cops outnumber the good decent ones that they often fall into the wrong path. If I could make a proposition, it would be for police officers to posses a damm A.A/B.A at least. Don't just hire any scum who lie through their fucking teeth about not being racist, when most of them are.

  • the family of the cop/gangbanger that was killed by lyga was going to sue until the lapd proved he was a corrupt lowlife sack of trash

  • the hypocrisy on the part of black politicians in LA is unbeleivable, practically nothing was said by any of them, if it had been white cops who had done these things they would have been screaming bloody murder, also this story was not covered by the national media hardly at all, again if it had been white cops doing this mayhem it would have been frontpage across the country

  • Burn in hell Kevin Gaines, you corrupt, duplicitous piece of shit!

  • Dont know if anybody realized but the frank lyga/ kevin gaines shooting was also a scene in the movie 'crash'

  • hahaha typical racist white dude, i hope he got life for shooting an innocent man

  • @shahriarkhafan He didn't. And Gaines was not innocent, he was a crook.

  • people should start hanging cops from lightpoles. this is the only way we will ever end brutality, oppression, corruption and harrasment.

remind these cowardly alone/brave in packs scum who they work for

  • Why don't they just get the FBI to clean up the gangs? They are more efficient with it anyways and get the job done twice as fast.

  • @GunsOfThePhoenix they need gangs to keep their private businesses open (prison )the system is set up for the people to fail....

  • GOOD SHIT HERE...FUCK PIGS PERIOD .. ALWAYS RACIAL, AND ALSO SOCIALLY PREJUDICE MOTHERFUKKERSSS...FUCKEM ' ALL BEGININ' THIS FKN LYING OUT OF HIS ASS CRACKER..YOU KNOW HE SHOT HIM BECAUSE HE WAS BLACK..YOU COULD SEE IT ALL IN HIS FACE , THE FUCKEN LIE ....

  • @moesestheone ......RACIST.....

  • @hiredgun30 i have based my comment on facts... fukk da police

  • so much fucking pac jesus first 2 songs im over here dancin awww yeahh

  • 08:54 that chick dead or just 12 kinds of fucked up?

  • i just noticed that rodney king was rollin in a hyundai...

  • Vic Mackey :p !!!

  • Hstone39 lay off that pipe

  • PBS paid for with our tax dollars liberal propaganda

  • Is anybody starting to see the pattern the police is doing. I notice how the police in my area always doing this type of act around payday. Plus, this morning when I went to the store a cop car was sitting not too far from my house. I know for a fact that the cop was waiting for me. I would hire a lawyer from this area but I don't trust anybody from around here. I want to bring in a lawyer that's not from around this area. I feel more comfortable with an outsider to come to these courts out here

  • @hstone39

The cop that just pulled me over was outside their jurisdiction. Plus, they were pulling other people over probrably looking for me...... I guess the nwo is mad I got the internet back on. It's nothing but pure pettiness from the police.

  • 1.27 Gas..ARCO...199--somethiung

  • its been said that training day was based of kevin gaines. dont know how true it is tho. damn did they just show pics of big after he was shot? never saw this b4 and it caught me off guard. rip big and pac

  • Ya'll can tell the pattern that the police is doing around my area. Ya'll saw in the past that I've been pulled over as soon as I came out my house to go the store. They tried to do it this morning when I leaving for work but something told me to hasitate to go to work. When I did and as soon as i leave out the door a cop rides past. These ungrateful cops around here are using a pattern to try to keep writting me tickets. the bad part about it that the tickets are real petty.

  • @hstone39

I can't even go the local library to get some homework done without the police harassing me. Plus, I notice that homeland security is printed on the cop cars when I got to the police station. The nwo just mad that they don't have any cases against me. I can't even pull out of my drive way without getting pulled over.

  • @hstone39

Just pay more attention to these cops around area because they are trying to give more tickets. Plus, I'm ready to take the fight back against them, even for the smallest things.

  • This excellent, rare program takes an unbiased look at the Rampart Scandal. Thanks for posting.

  • lyga snuffed gaines 2 weeks after they iced biggie on wilshire. it was a whole operation. that why lapd hid those files from mrs. wallace.

  • too bad frank lyga didnt get his cap pushed back that day....wrong dude died that day

  • How did LA's finest fall so hard, so fast?

Last I checked, they were never at the top, they were always falling. If I get to vote, LAFD are LA's finest!

  • The cop who tells "his side of the story" during the first 5 minutes is classic. When I was a kid in the academy 30 years ago the "old cops" told us if you shoot someone make sure they're dead. Straight up, matter of fact, DEAD. They said that a living person can tell any story they want and put YOU on the defensive, but if YOU are the only one living then YOU can tell your side of the story, with no rebuttal. Makes sense, huh? That cop wouldn't have shot a white "fellow officer", would he?

  • @randy109 Maybe if the white "fellow officer" was flashing gang signs and pointing a gun at him.

  • pigs with road rage

  • One pig kills another, Perfect justice. He thought he was shooting just another nobody and the dead pig thought he could wave his gun at anybody he wanted to. Guess they wer BOTH wrong. No surprise there.

  • TO LIVE & DIE IN L.A. .....ALL DAY THIS IS THE

    PSYCHO CITY BLOCKS 2X3...

  • damn the story at the beginning about the 2 cops was tragic

  • Another point I want to make is this . Anywhere but anywhere you have a large group of people, weather its a stadium or event your going to have ass holes. There is always one or two. Police departments are no different. You have too many cops there are bound to be bad ones. Thats human nature. We need to reduce the number of cops so this problem is contained. Again this is a police state, to many cops babysitting us.

  • @Mappy48 First of all, learn "to" spell and second of all, you are missing the point. If you think that reducing the amount of cops out there is the solution, you are simply a fucking idiot. It's not that simple. Los Angeles is a giant, sprawling city and high numbers are necessary to patrol it. The solution is Federal monitoring and constant surveillance and scrutiny of the department for any corruption. Think, idiot!

  • @ExposingTheGOP

    hahahahahahahaha

First of all you must be a cop. Second of all your exactly the kind i'm talking about. We do not need babysitters. Cops should be called WHEN NEEDED. Police cars should be clearly marked not unmarked thats the purpose of having police cars. Banks get robbed cops are never there anyway even when their patroling. Go to the bank and take a report. Catch the purps later.

  • @Mappy48 First of all, you are a fucking moron and I'm not a cop. Second of all, I actually agree with your general premise that we are becoming a police state and our Constitution is being encroached upon by overzealous law enforcement. But I don't agree with the stupid way in which you express yourself. You're an imbecile. Be logical in your arguments.

  • @ExposingTheGOP

OK I've tried to be nice. Your name calling just shows who the moron is. Grow up. I only have 500 chars to explain myself. Also I'll express myself anyway I damn well want to. I suppose your one of these guys that will let them take that right away too. You don't like what I say go to the next comment.

  • @ExposingTheGOP

As far a surveillance. I don't want my privacy rights violated. Public Safety is the highest cost of any city. You simply don't need all that stuff. License plate readers, radar detection, DUI shit thats right DUI shit you cops are the biggest violators of drunk driving in any city. All you do is call a fellow officer to come pick you up. Ya we know this too ass wipe. So don't tell me you guys are the biggest waste of tax payer dollars in any buisness.

  • @Mappy48 Actually you don't have an absolute right to privacy. On the roads, that reasonable expectation of privacy you might have in your home is limited in the public thoroughfares.

  • @ExposingTheGOP So KMA Oh ya if you knew who I was you'd probably retaliate too. Get a real job

  • @Mappy48 I'm not a cop you fucking dick licker

  • One of the first questions in the video is this "how did the LA police finest get this bad so fast?" The answer is this- We let it

it's a simple fact we let it get that way. Not just in La all over the U.S. This country is now a Police State. To many police officers and camera systems babysitting us. thats not policing. We don't need babysitters. there is much to say on this subject and i'm running out of character spaces. We don't need babysitters

  • Lyga is lying about shooting him, peep the facts on the cop he shot. Death Row Records Rampart Scandal.

  • Fuck crooked cops

  • Fuck the police they killed pac & big

  • @xpez

plus when he found out dude was dead, he said "good"

  • One of the reasons Snoop was acquitted of murder charges was that most of the evidence was lost at Pacific division where gaines was stationed. Gaines=Blood=Death Row=lost evidence =free to go.

  • Really interesting video, thanks for uploading this!

  • i was stuck in traffic so hear comes the guy behind me after hes shoots him some how the guy drives away.

  • that cop is lying , how tha hell u shoot some one twice who was pointing a gun in ur face without them gettin at least one shot off.he must be the fastest draw

    ever.

  • watch again, you missed the important fact that the guy who was shot was A COP!

  • the G couldnt have been all bad? the last thing he done was pull over n park! LOL

  • LAPD can thank soon to be X police chief William "war on gangs" Bratton for cleaning the agency up. They are no longer supervised by a federal court. My respects to Mr. Bratton

  • that cop that killed the other cop its was strange i actually agree with his action before i knew it was a cop AND I HATE COPS

but if he is honest and what he said is true then he acted prefectly.

  • No gangster in LA is just so outrageously maliciously aggressive that they would just yell shit at you out of the window and start a fight unless they were provoked...

It takes more than a glance..Especially from another cop. This guys story is shady at the beginning. They had a problem with each other and it escalated. He doesnt want to admit there was a problem. he just says..this guy threatened me!!! Of course he did he is dead. He would have less sympathy if he told them I we were arguing.

  • If this ass claown wasn't a cop he would have been booked for murder right away. Actually a normal citizen wouldn't have the luxury of a radio to call in a rfediculous amount of backup, or the criminal mentality to encourage a shootout...If this happened and you or i called 911 they wouldn't care...

  • @ tortuga U R RIGHT FAM!!!

  • it really is a joke

  • LAPD is a joke!

  • no different than Sheriff's

  • money and blood dont mix like 2 dicks with no bitch find your self in serious shit

  • Oh shit frontline made this. Hopefully they have this on their website, if not thanks for uploading.

  • It's so funny how you guys write these posts condemning these cops who go out there and risk their lives for you. Yes surely there are corrupt cops just as much there are corrupt lawyers, CPAs, doctors, teachers, etc. But do we condemn all of them? How fair would that be?

  • becuase cops are more in a position than a teacher to destroy your life. I live in Los Angeles, I know wtf is going on. Crooked cops outnumber the good ones.

  • Well, you think the people they arrest are law abiding citizens? Most are thugs, gangsters, etc. They break laws, murder innocent people, etc. So who is gonna stop them? You RileyghostHunter?

  • sure, In Los Angeles, if the Governer claimed martial law, I would gladly go out with my unit and get the actual "BAD" guys. I was arrested by two racist white cops 2 months ago. When the case reached the DA, the DA used it as toilet paper and handed it back to the cops. This wasnt the first time this happened. Cops will fuck your life and arrest the wrong people all the time, ESPECIALLY here in Los Angeles.

  • I find it interesting that Rapael Perez, now Ray Lopez is out of prison and walking among us. SMDH!!!

  • Thank you very much Monti, I have to cover this topic for my college project. Thanks much and great work.

  • You are welcome! ; )

  • well, just look at the times they were living in, ramparts murder rate went up to 300+ since they where disbanded. The end justify s the mean, they did what was neccessary to get rid of gangs, drugs and murder, people felt safer to go out. now all these criminals walk, with a settlement, what justice is that. sometimes you have to go over the line to get things done. police misconduct is an over exaggerated problem, gangs drugs murder not going outside without getting robbed is way worse.

  • Your response is a "false dilemma" argument error. You are saying: dishonest civil rights violating cops or rampaging gangsters.

How about honest cops and stopping gangsters?

  • @montichanchulo this isnt the perfect world where "good" triumphs ovr "evil"

if u look at the drug trafficking problem in Colombia, the only way to get rid of Pablo Escobar was to start a group called Los Pepes who did the same thing the Drug Cartel (Kidnap/homicide, car bombings, etc...) in order to combat their problem. That was done because you HAVE to fight on their level, you can't fight with your hands tied behind your back.Sometimes you gotta do, what u gotta do!

  • @merdoc87 that's really the fault of those perpetrating police misconduct dipshit...if they had not been so corrupt and try to run roughshot over the Constitution, disbanding would not have been necessary but because you are a conservative pole-smoker you would not know that

  • @merdoc87 framing people is justification? setting up the honest cops to be executed is justification? you my friend are a worthless piece of scum

  • @merdoc87 I know you said this a year ago, but are you serious? Drugs and drug wars is an error in which the law deals with them. The law could easily end drug wars and problems associated with drugs (gangs and deaths). Quite easy to see just open your eyes.

  • @merdoc87 thats horribly....

  • @merdoc87 Mate I agree with you totally

  • @merdoc87 No, no, that's fucking nonsense. First, I don't even believe they were "trying to stop gangs" but let's say for argument's sake they were...that was the correct way to go about doing it? Hell no it wasn't. They were misguided, power hungry, likely bullied as children cops who violated every oath they swore to uphold. They deserved what they got...and then some, in fact a lot more.

  • Honestly, we need more divisions like the CRASH team, before that area was overtaken by gang members, then when they came on the scene, they were cleaning the streets up, people werent scared to go outside and get mugged, kids would play outside. even though they did some shady things, at the end it was for good. some of they things they did WHERE unnecessary dont get me wrong like robbing that bank, as for what they did to the gang members and how they helped the streets no problem.

  • "even though they did some shady things, at the end it was for good." - that sentence is an error and every overzealous cop or prosecutor hangs innocent people thinking like it. Police misconduct is a large problem - I believe it and have experienced it.

  • @montichanchulo quit bein such a pussy. we need bad ass cops to put the lil bitch ass criminals in their place...u NEED them... lol.
