  • Craftydayv1 be careful I did have same issue and when I tried to fix it it melted my ribs on cylinder and ended with buying new cylinder

  • This looks very impresive..i have a 100cc scooter and the exhaust bracket (which is also part of the engine case) has snapped off so ive just ordered 20 of these HTS 2000 rods from the United states to the UK on e-bay for £20 including delivery..

All i need now is the torch to heat the work upto the correct temperature but i'm not sure what to buy...

Does anyone know a web site were i can purchase one and what type..

    Thanks

  • There is no proof of this material doing what they 'claim' it does. It looks like it could work.

If there is a metal [or any material / alloyed metal] that could repair the most common aluminum-type breaks; the welder/ brazer would be destroying the two pieces of work to be joined.

What about melting temperature: Al @ 660° F.

Well that's fine. And this HTS-2000 works at~or~around temperatures of between 717°F and 737°F Degrees: how does that not melt your work-piece. Alloys aside. =^.^=

  • @alectricfoxx bro beliave it! i kid you not, my welding inst. brought some in and the stuff was crazy! i was shocked

  • How much is it? Can I buy it in HUNGARY?

  • It's a Zinc-Aluminum-Copper alloy, not aluminum. IT'S NOT WELDING BUT BRAZING. It's tiring to read and hear advertisements misusing the word welding.

For WELDING you must use the same metal as the pieces to weld.

This brazing alloy has been used since a very long time, it's nothing new.

You'll find a lot of different brands at very different prices per pound, and all are basically made with the same alloy.

The zinc alloy is used also to braze pot metal and galvanized steel with the good flux.

  • i want one of these device..it's incredible!!!

  • a quel endroit je pourrais trouver ce produit de soudure au canada merci
